LG Auto Sales

I purchased a [redacted] on March 5, 2015 from a company called LG Auto Sales located at 4418 N. Roxboro Rd Durham,NC 27704. Before I purchased the truck from the owner stated to me that the truck was his wife car and that the car had new parts and the only thing needed to be replaced was the motor mount and the front windshield and he offered to fix both of those which he did. On 6/20/2015 on my way to work the truck shut down on me in front of[redacted] while I was driving. Rite away I contacted the dealer and I didn't get a return phone call until 6/23/15 saying that he would come to my home and tow the truck back to his lot to get it up and back running but he didn't show until 6/24/2015 and we he arrived he ask me to pay him $300 on 6/26/15 for my $200 car payment and $100 to fix the repair. Here it is three weeks later and I still don't have my truck back and I am still making payments on this car while it's sitting at his friend shop.Product_Or_Service: [redacted] 3.5Account_Number: 200 payments a monthDesired SettlementI would like a refund of all or most of my money or he can just give me another car.
