LG Collision

I brought my car to them in June 2016. After I had brought my car to them to crunch the numbers I didn't even know they had started working on it as I was waiting for the phone call to say the insurance company had approved. They NEVER called me with updates, I always had to call them and if I didn't call I heard nothing. It took 3 weeks longer than what they said to get it fixed. When I brought my car to them I had 2 working headlights and now I have 1 and the other goes in and out all the time. I brought it back to them 3 times to fix and they are still not working. The last time I brought it back I met with Luis and he said the original part was a used part and they would order a new one, that was almost 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything. They also never put in the side light or cover so I have an open piece by my drivers door. Overall this process has been a nightmare, I picked these people because of all the good reviews but now I would have to say that those reviews are fake. They were paid by my insurance company for a job they never finished and have no intention on finishing, its now 3 months later and I don't believe it will EVER be finished.

Horrible follow-up regarding status with my car. It has been there for 2 months and I am never informed when they find new things wrong and that there will be a delay in repairs. I will call and be told the person in charge of my car will call me back and he never does. I have to call multiple times in a day just to get someone to give me an honest response to what is happening to my car and how long before it's completed. I have received pictures of my car (still haven't gotten my car back) and it looks like the wrong shade of red than my car was when it went there. I am terrified that once I finally get my car back, that it will have problems and I will have to continue dealing with them. Extremely unhappy and I hate being lied to constantly.

All I can say is these guys are amazing. I will never go anywhere else for repairs, and I will always refer friends and family. I was a victim of a hit and run, and LG Collisiok showed nothing but compassion and empathy. When I said I needed help with paying my $1000, they allowed me to do payments that fit my budget. They also delivered my car to me, CLEAN and detailed. My car looks EXACTLY the way it did when I drove it off the lot new 4 months ago. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I found LG Collision online because my husband was at fault in a car accident and with a $1,000 deductible I had to find a way to save $$$. LG Collision and all their staff were very helpful, did all the paperwork with my insurance company and save me hundreds of dollars. I received up to date information on the repair of my husbands car almost daily, and they stuck to their time line of when it would be completed. I would recommend LG Collision to anyone that wants great service and great repair work done on any vehicle!

So I guess I need to mention I have had 2 cars there three times over the last 6 months, none of these repairs my fault.
They make your car look AMAZING and I can't say enough about the customer service from EVERYONE there. This last time my car was there it was over 7k in damages on a car I've only had since September of 2013, my brand new 2013 VW GLI....sniff sniff.....
This is NOT the recommended shop that Geico (the insurance company of the other party) wanted me to go to, however, being that I have had past experience with them with my Jeep (of which I should have posted a review a LONG time ago), I would not hesitate to go anywhere else. I live in far North Phoenix, and although there a lot of body shops closer, they are worth the extra drive!
