From a DIY floor that was painted after the carpet was removed - that served me well for a couple of years. I decided it was time to upgrade my guest room. I have worked with LG Kramer Flooring for the last four years as they were our preferred flooring contractor through my job. They have always communicated, found the correct product for each project, and anytime there was an issue they had a solution. Lance guided me to the right vendor to select the luxury vinyl flooring that would fit with my lifestyle and a reasonable budget. Once I put down my deposit. I was on the schedule about two weeks out. James and Patrick were my installers. They were polite, communicated well, and overall did a wonderful job at installing my new LVP flooring in just a few hours. The LG Kramer Floorings team is very professional, attentive to the details, fast on follow up, and make you feel like family. This is a great company they Tiled my main shower and had to tear it out to the boards.. They rebuilt it waterproofed it and put a wall and bench in.. They did an excellent job and their communication was great.. They were prompt and clean and professional. Would hire them again for sure.

LG Kramer Flooring did an exceptional job with our flooring. We had an issue with raised and bubbling floor panels, and after they remodeled our floors we havent had any issues. Has a great look too!

I'm very happy with the job that LG Kramer did at my house. Lance and his crew had to rip out all the existing tile which was a messy job, and they handled it well. They installed laminate throughout my home and also installed tile backsplashes in my kitchen and bathrooms. They did a quality job and were on time, detailed, and thorough. Lance has great attention detail, and the finishing touches looked beautiful. Lance and Gianna were both very responsive to any questions and concerns I had. I highly recommend LG Kramer!

LG just installed engineered hard wood floors in three bedrooms and also carpet (1000 sq. ft.) in our upstairs loft. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing these folks did on our install. This was a BIG job and I was a little nervous at not having worked with LG before. Gianna was very efficient and thorough at pricing and follow-up and Lance ran the work like a true pro. The workers in our home were terrific -- professional, courteous and fun to be around. We fed them a couple of times and had great conversations. Absolutely love the outcome! Highly recommend!!!

Had carpet installed in 3 bedrooms. Very impressed with Lance's knowledge of the product we were interested in, the professionalism of phone calls returned and clear understandably contract information. The installers were fussy with the needed seam and were courteous and neat.
We would recommend LG Kramer to others without hesitation.

Lance and Gianna are amazing to work with! They are honest and thorough. Lance and crew did an amazing job on our floors, and backsplash. I cannot say enough great things about them. Excellent service start to finish. We originally met with LG Kramer because of the excellent reviews, but really thought they would not be able to match the big box home centers for price. How wrong we were! The price was significantly better, and the time, attention and expertise were beyond comparison. The removal of existing flooring was messy but went as well as can be expected. Installation, professionalism of crews and follow up were all beyond expectations.

We prefer supporting small businesses and LG Kramer is a great example of why.

LG Kramer Flooring (Lance) is the bomb! We hired Lance and team to remove a wood floor in a bedroom and re-carpet 3 bedrooms plus a Home Theater. Lance came by and scoped out the job, gave us a great price and completed the work on-time and on-budget! His crew is even more fussy than I am, which is almost impossible. His 'seam man' totally rocks and without a magnifying glass, you'd never be able to find the seam. He crew was courteous and exceptionally neat. After the job was completed, Lance came by and personally checked all the work and did minor 'tweaks' to make sure is was absolutely PERFECT! I'll be using them again soon. Best contractor experience I've had in over 10 years. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had our carpet installed almost 5 years ago. It is still holding up and looks great for a family with a child who is now a teen and a teen who is now a young adult & the welcoming of a dog into our home. Great professional company with exceptional service & on time. Couldn't ask for anything more! Will definitely use them again in the future.
