Review: I am contacting you regarding a business on [redacted](.com) [redacted], LG Photography & Design. I purchased two vouchers the first week of June 2013, one for myself and another as a gift for a photography session for one hour, including one [redacted], 2 [redacted], and an extra [redacted] for leaving a positive review for the photography session on [redacted]. We have never received our photos nor be able to view our photos.For the gift voucher two out-of-town friends came for a small, 3 person, sorority reunion photo. These photos were taken on Sat., Aug. 17th. We were told that we would receive a code to view our photos online and be able to select our proofs. It is now two months later and we still have not received the voucher to review our photos. I have email communications between myself and the photographer/owner who has not responded to me until threat of complaint with [redacted] and the Revdex.com. Emails through the company website [[redacted]] have gone unreturned regarding the request for the code to view our photos. Several phone messages have also gone unreturned.At this point, I have left a message, again, today with the number for the photographer [###-###-####] re-stating that I would like the code to view photos, have the prints sent to me, and a refund for the voucher that has not yet been used # [redacted] ($45). I have also stated that I would be filing a complaint with [redacted] and the Revdex.com if this issue continues to be avoided by his company. Since that email, I have received two emails from the photographer/owner which are rude & do not seek resolution. We have never received the portrait package that I pre-paid for through [redacted]. I have tried to resolve this matter since the code was first promised to us within two weeks after the portrait session.I have heard every excuse from, "I'm out of town...the office handled that...check your junk email" ect. Now, [redacted] photographer/owner is claiming an "emergency."Desired Settlement: For voucher 1: I would like to be able to view photos, select photos, and have them sent to me as per the voucher agreement. Each voucher was $45. We have not received this product.For Voucher 2: This voucher is yet unused and not scheduled to be used until Oct. 26th of this year. I have requested a refund for this voucher and [redacted] has refused to issue a refund for a service that has not been provided (photo session) nor product manufactured (photos). Review: In June 2013, I purchased a voucher from [redacted]. There was one excuse after another, and appointments cancelled by [redacted], the owner. He "didn't receive" my emails, he had my email address entered incorrectly, he was sick, he suddenly was denied access to the studio he had booked. My phone calls weren't returned. Our family of 11 purchased new outfits for the photo shoot, and had at least three false starts in which we prepared for a scheduled time for a photography session. At this point, I have invested all the time, energy and money I'm willing to invest in this venture, and would like a full refund of the $45 purchase price. I put much more effort toward coordinating times & places than [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $45 paid for the voucher.
