[redacted], hello per our discussion earlier I wanted to send you a email and explain to you what has happened at the home of Mrs. [redacted] and what is going on currently. As you know the home was damaged by fire and we were hired to clean on location and also do the rebuild for Mrs. [redacted]. The fire was in the kitchen, the kitchen had to be demoed down to the studs. The cabinets were removed and replaced. The cabinet layout in the kitchen is a difficult one for sure. The main problem is the distance from the cooking area on the stove to the bottom side of the upper wall cabinet is smaller than normal. The cabinets that we installed originally when the rebuild was completed about a year ago are called thermo foil. They are a wood cabinets that is wrapped in the factory with a thermo foil. Mrs. [redacted] called me to tell me that the upper wall cabinet next to the stove was damaged by heat. The foil loosened up on the bottom of the cabinet and peeled up slightly. I have been working with Mrs. [redacted] to try to make this process go as smoothly as possible. When I was first notified of the cabinet damage I called the subcontractor who installed the cabinets for us. I called him to find out where I could purchase a new door f[redacted]t for Mrs. [redacted]. The subcontractor ended up being a dead end, as the company does not exist that did the work for us. I was out at the home of Mrs. [redacted] early last week to measure all the cabinet doors and drawer f[redacted]ts for replacement. I sent the measurements to the lady I work with at [redacted], she is going to find cabinet doors similar to what Mrs. [redacted] has and order them once I have Mrs. [redacted] give me her approval. Once we have them ordered I will be going out to the home to take down the existing cabinet doors and drawer f[redacted]ts and replace them with the new ones that we ordered. I have talked with Mrs. [redacted] and her son who lives next door to let them know my plan. They have said they are satisfied with the plan. The next step in my plan is to send Mrs. [redacted] some samples from the salesperson at [redacted]. I hope this helps. Let me know. Best Regards [redacted] - Construction Project Manager Brouwer Brother Steamatic

We did do work for Ms. [redacted]. The electric in her house was ran w[redacted]g before we started the job and had to totally redo it all. The tip foot was not put in as it was a miss on our part but we did install when brought to our attention. The cabinet door is delaminating because Ms. [redacted] boils water...

right below that door and it is causing moisture to run up the cabinets and pull them apart. We have ordered another door and it is suppose to be in March 31st which we told the customer. We also told her that it will happen again if she keeps boiling water right below the doors. I will contact customer and talk to her. Thanks [redacted]
