Christine Kellamis. My name is Terry. I am the Operations Manager for KGK. I am responding to Mrs. [redacted] Harris' complaint. First of all I would like to apologize to [redacted] for any misunderstandings. After reviewing her account it was determined that she still needed to provide certain proof of a hardship that she had not provided at the time that she filed her claim with the Revdex.com.
As a courtesy and to resolve the complaint we went ahead and temporarily lowered her payments for 60 days as she requested. She even told our representative by the name of Charmaine, that she would rescind this complaint and that the mater had been resolved.

Thank you Revdex.com for all your help. I have review the response from LGM KGK the many different alias That they call themselves. However this issue will never be resolve I returned that car on Tuesday and they are fully aware and have the car in their lot! They had someone call me in January asking me to tell you the Revdex.com that I was okay with the arrangements.I have insurance coverage here they go with lies... They been going back and forth one week my payment is $150 then the next it's $200 they got over on me for a long time and they are not going to get over again.
Please tell LGK TO STOP CALLING ME

apologize to [redacted] if she was under the impression that it was mandatory that the Finance Company lower her payments if she requested it. I also want to apologize for the Finance Company's poor customer service. Our representative should have had better follow up with regards to assisting the [redacted].
On April 9, 2016, 10 days before this complaint was filed. [redacted]'s contractual payment was lowered from $222.08 bi-weekly to $125 biweekly. The first of the new payment amount came due on 4/15/16. The account will resume the contractual payment of $222.08 on 7/8/16. The payment amount that [redacted] requested is currently past due for the 4/15/16 payment.
[redacted] can feel free to contact the Collection Supervisor, his name is Kerness, at [redacted] to let him know the date that you plan on paying the payment from 4/15/16 or if she has any issues in the future.
As for retuning the vehicle, that will only have a negative effect. It will be reported as a repossession to the credit bureau, and we still have a legal binding contract that's enforceable.

like to apologize to Elizabeth for any misunderstanding regarding a due date change.
There is nothing in the contract that says we have to change a due date if the customer demands it. As a goodwill gesture we would gladly change her due date after Elizabeth provides us with her most recent paycheck stub so that we can change the date accordingly. I have personally checked our records and she has not provided us with this information. There has also been three messages left on her answering machine along with messages with her husband and we have not received a return call so that we can assist her with this matter.
I left her my cell phone number for her to contact me, [redacted], to resolve this. If she provides me with the paycheck stub and contact me by February 1, 2016 this matter should be resolved.

I have reviewed the notes,...

transactions, and spoke to the representatives involved during my investigation of this matter.
[redacted]'s payments were temporarily lowered from $175 bi-weekly + $50 CPP (Collateral Protection Plan) for a total of $225 to $100 bi-weekly + $50 CPP (Collateral Protection Plan) for a total of $150 bi-weekly as she requested. This was verified through notes of the conversation that the customer had with a representative. The temporary lower bi-weekly payments would begin on January 4, 2016.
A month later on February 8, 2016 [redacted] called in and stated that she could only pay $100 that day and could pay again on February 12, 2016. If the customer thought that the lower payments were monthly payments even though she had never been set up monthly, that would have been a good time to bring it up but she didn't. On February 11,2016 Ms. [redacted] spoke to a representative name Allen. It was at that time that she mentioned that she no longer wanted the automatic payments. Allen told her that it was a requirement for modified payment plan. He told her what the past due amount was due to her having a transaction that was returned for non-sufficient funds. He told her what the next bi-weekly payment would be. Again there were discussions about multiple payments in the month of February
The transaction from July 2015 that Ms. [redacted] is requesting to be refunded will not be refunded. As stated by Ms. [redacted] in the complaint she has already been reimbursed when she disputed the transaction with her bank. She did not personally dispute this with us. In fact she didn't communicate with us until August 20, 2015. What was discussed at that time was the past due payment and the vehicle being disabled. Any payment being in dispute was not mentioned by [redacted].
Ms. [redacted] is requesting refund of $711. In this amount she has included $225 from July 2015 that she acknowledges has already by refunded by her bank. This leaves $486 in dispute of which $136 if nsf fees that we do not have proof of. The remaining $350 if backed off of her account would make her past due in the amount of $575.00 since she is currently past due $225.00.
I spoke to [redacted] and we have come to an agreement. I will defer her account up-to-date with her next payment being due on May 13, 2016. She will provide me with proof of the $136 in overdraft charges and I will reimburse these charges. I have to have the proof by May 13, 2016.

I would like to offer my sincere apology to [redacted] for this error on one of my Collection Representative's part. The representative has been given a written reprimand. I have personally spoke to her and apologized to her as well. Reversing the funds back into her banking account will take 3 -5 business days to show back up in her account, so Ms. [redacted] has agreed that we will cut a check and have it delivered to the dealership where she purchased her vehicle to pick up.

Operations Manager for KGK Financial. I am responding to James K[redacted]'s complaint. First of all I would like to sincerely apologize to Mr. K[redacted] for any misunderstanding. The call made to him on his due date were courtesy reminder calls. Payments are due on or before the due date and the vehicle can be disabled in the payments are not made on time. Mr. K[redacted] was aware of this when he signed the contract. I do agree that Mr. K[redacted] is a great customer and I wouldn't want to do anything to jeopardize our relationship with him so I have marked his account for no more courtesy calls going forward. I have also marked his account not to disable if it goes past due unless discussed with Management first.
If Mr. K[redacted] ever has any issues going forward he can reach me personally at [redacted]. Again I apologize for any inconvenience and any misunderstanding.

I am further offended by this response...the bottom line is your company retaliated against a complaint I made on a website by turning my car off.. I have requested the log information that shows me the date and time the car was turned off...u guys never follow up to any request I have had....very poor service and unacceptable actions...I need an owner of this company to contact me

The Finance Company has not disabled James K[redacted]'s vehicle. In spite of the fact that his account is currently 31 days past due for $547.00 the vehicle has not been disabled.
I am not sure of Mr. K[redacted]'s motive for saying that we have retaliated or disabled the vehicle because it is not true.
We are under no obligation to provide any customer with the log, however I have attached a copy of the log from October 1, 2015 - November 22, 2015 as a one-time gesture.
KGK Financial has a legal binding contract and fully expect Mr. James K[redacted] to honor that contract. If he is having mechanical issues he can the Service Department at [redacted].
