I am rejecting this response because: I was promised a full refund A partial refund for an opener that hasn't worked properly and a business owner that decides to verbally attack a customer is completely unacceptable.

surgery today...The last thing I want is a lawsuit, but I am not going to eat a $opener that has been in the field for a month and cannot be returned as bad without a paper trail...I have never even been able to file a report with tech support because every time we come out, there is no problem and your opener work flawlessly...That is NOT to say you are lying...If you want a new Patriot machine tomm on Weds and want me to pay for it, then you are going to pay us to install it and warranty it for three years...The cost for that service is $1500...I gave you a GRAND off the top when wr started and I charge $to weld up, install and warranty a Patriot in Spicewood...If that is NOT to your approval, then I will offer you a second option of BFT gate opener removal and refund of $plus tax to appease your complaint about the machine...That means I eat $because I cannot resell this used item and the acccesories will stay onsite because they are not broken or malfunctioning...Third and final option is call us when and if there is a problem so we can respond to the issue and follow protocol by filing an RMA report with the manufacturer so I dont end up eating $2650...If we follow protocol and I can properly apply for refund due to faulty equipment, then I will be happy to replace the unit free of charge and that is what I have always stated...We just arent at that point because we haven't even seen the gate malfunction or filed a first RMA report that identifies machine malfunction...Adam tells me he stated to take a video of the gate failing and even open the box and take a picture of the error code so we know what the heck is going on and have some sort of poof as malfunction...*** *** is being copied on this correspondence, but its still not an RMA and the President of this enormous company is not going to eat a used machine without proof of problem regardless of how many of these machones I sell every year (without issue I may add)...The ball is in your court ***You are driving the bus on how this is going to play out now...I want to coooperate, but you have really rubbed me wrong while I am down and that leaves me backed in a corner ready for a fight with a bully...If any of these options meets with your approval, Adam has my permission to put it to bed tomm on Weds...If not, I don't know how else to be of assistance and we will have to settle this in court because I will NOT surrender to your BULLYING...Sincerely, *** ***CORRESPONDENCE FROM THE GATE OPENER MANUFACTURER PRESIDENT *** *** TO THE CUSTOMER***
