Mr***’s floors were refinished on 1/3/by LH Graham
Holding Company, LLC dba Mr***s
""> This
job was not done by our company, *** *** *** and we are not
responsible for the work that another company has done and were paid for
On 9/12/14, *** *** *** purchased only the equipment Assets from Mr*** ***, owner of LH Graham Holding Company, LLC and then after this
purchased signed the Mr***s territory franchise rights directly from the Mr***s
Corporation, the franchisor of the system.
During the purchase negotiations with Mr*** *** owner of L H Graham Holding Company, LLC, *** *** *** discussed how
to handle any warranty issues on jobs performed prior to 9/12/by L H Graham Holdings
Company, LLC that may arise after the equipment asset sale on 9/12/14. *** *** *** offered to escrow funds
from LH Graham Holdings Company, LLC consisting of a warranty reserve to cover any warranty
issues that may arise. Mr*** ***
declined the escrow offer and said that L H Graham Holdings Company, LLC would be
responsible for any warranty issues that arise on work performed by L H Graham
Holdings Company, LLC prior to the 9/12/Asset Purchase Agreement
I am not sure about the 10/1/and the 11/1/calls on
the complaint form. I received the first
call from Mrs.*** *** on 2/17/about her floorsI explained to Mrs*** concerning the
purchase of only the equipment assets from L H Graham Holdings Company, LLC and
that Mr*** ***, the owner was to handle all warranty claims on jobs
prior to the 9/12/purchase. I provided Mrs
*** with *** ***’s business address, email, and phone number to call him directly at Creek Road, blue Ash OH Phone # (513) 965-3300. I also gave her the name of a third party
floor refinisher to evaluate here floor issues prior to contacting MrGraham
about the warranty issue.
L H Graham Holdings Company, LLC is a thriving business
today as a Kirby Vacuum Sweeper distributor and MrGraham is agreed to be responsible for
any warranty work performed on the ***’s floors in accordance with our
equipment asset sale agreement with them.
The ***’s should contact *** *** of L H Graham
Holdings Company LLC whom they paid to have their floors refinished to resolve
their warranty issue

MrSandless continues to lie about how we cared for our floorsWe did not say we used a steam mopHe is making this upI do not own a steam mopUsing a non-ammonia cleaner does not void the warrantyWe did nothing to void the warranty.
It is very clear to me that MrSandless products should not be used on the type of floor we haveIf you have manufactured hardwood floors - DO NOT use MrSandlessThe product does not work correctlyWe have since had a traditional topcoat put on the floors, and they are holding up well and look beautifulThere clearly is an issue with the MrSandless product
If the company had stood behind the product and taken care of the issues (refunded me), I could say the company is a good one However, when the company makes a mistake and does not make things right...I have to warn other consumers
DO NOT use MrSandlessThe product does not work on all flooring types, and the company does not stand behind the productThe owner of the Cincinnati office is dishonestHe has lied to the Revdex.comI hope I can help others from making a terrible mistake
I would still like a refund
Thank you,

MrSandless is pointing out the dog scratchesI have zero problems with dog scratchesI understand dogs scratch floorsI did not make the complaint because of dog scratches, and there is zero reason to bring up dogs
We did NOT use a steam mop on our floorsWe NEVER said we used a steam mop on our floorsI do not own a steam mopMy husband inquired if a steam mop was acceptable in the warranty because I was considering purchasing a Haan mop for hardwood floors
MrSandless is saying we used soapy water on the floorsWe did use a non-ammonia based solution on a 12inchx12inch section of our floor in an inconspicuous place to see if it would remove whatever problems were occurring with our floorsPer the Mr.Sandless agreement, it is acceptable to use such a solutionIt did not help at allI argue what we used does not void the warranty and If there is a question regarding this, we can subtract sqft from the monetary calculation of what he should be refunding me
It is very obvious to me that there is an issue regarding the Mr.Sandless product and pre-finished flooringThe finishing product should not be used these types of hardwood floorsI had the floors resealed with a different polyurethane product, and they have been wearing just fineI followed all of the warranty policiesI merely ask that Mr.Sandless step up and refund me the funds I paid because the product was defective on my floorsThe Mr.Sandless warranty does not directly address a defective productThe main reason I used MrSandless was because of the supposedly excellent warranty and the backing of the productThere is zero point to have a warranty if the product is defective in the first placeIf the product is defective, I should receive a refund
I would ask Mr.Sandless to please stop bringing up things that have nothing to do with my complaintI followed the warranty guidelinesMy problem with the finish has to do with the apparent removal of the product from my floors under wear and tearI owned these floors for years prior to MrSandless coming alongI never had an issue with the wear beforeObviously, I had the same floors with a different finish.....so, the finish is the issue here.
I am asking for my money backThis is NOT something I normally doI am an honest individualI believe everyone makes mistakes, and the solution to this mistake is for MrSandless to admit his product was defective and to give me a refund

Please, see a copy of our attached receipt to MrSandlessThis was for payment of the work we are unhappy with
I do not have a formal receipt of the rework b/c a friend helped us do the polyurethane to fix the problemYou are welcome to contact the realtor, *** ***He said it would be impossible to sell the home with the terrible floors

At this time, I have not been contacted by MrSandless of Central & Southwest Ohio regarding complaint ID [redacted]

I've attached 5 photos that show exactly how the floors looked when we completed them.  The customer signed the Aftercare & Warranty sheet (copy attached) where it states that steam mops and wet mopping with non-neutral cleaners will void the warranty.  After they complained of the dull floors they mentioned steam mops & mopping with soapy dish water.  This is the first customer we have had to complain of dulling floors after three days.  We have outstanding products & we use the exact same products for all customers.  We refinish restaurants, bars, school gyms, dance studios, large department stores & other high traffic floors without any issues or complaints.  To date, Mr. Sandless has refinished floors for 110,690 happy customers worldwide (both commercial & residential) and we have refinished more than 2,000 floors from this location.  The issues the customer is having has nothing to do with our products or our refinishing process.  Whatever they did to the floors after we left is what affected the finish.  Please examine the photos.

We stand with our original response.  No further action will be taken on our part.

I am very happy mr. Sandless and I are in agreement. I did not use a steamop bc I do not own one. The Revdex.com is welcome to come to come to my home to verify this. I also did NOT use a non - neutral cleaner. I am happy to supply the soap I used that is ammonia free. I used this diluted solution on a 1 ft. By 1ft area. I never used a wet mop only floors. Because, we are in agreement.... Me sandless admits his product is faulty.  Me sandless attempted to remedy the situation, and his product was faulty again.

Me sandless failed to supply the photos he took when he returned to our house. I am happy to subpoena his own employees that came back to our house the second time.  They admitted the floors looked terrible and there was something wrong.

I happily await my refund.
