HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I used to contact Mid-Rockland Imaging directly and now since Lenox Hill has bought them and sent customer service off shore. It is beyond frustrating. They don't know what they're talking about, they lost my information. So after being on the phone with them 22 minutes one day, I just wasted 15 minutes today. Horrible!
