To whom this may concern We where informed by mail that a customer made a complaint about a job we had done We sold the customer a new hotwater heater for said mobilehome.The job was done in a timely manner and completeShe signed off on the service that was performed and was satisfied on the install of the hotwater heater .We agreed to payment plan she had paid the sum of $in advance.The customer stated they could pay $until the debt is paid in full every week starting on may 9th The remaining balance of $in payments customer paid one payment then said we tried to resolve this issue left messages to contact usWith no response yes we did tell her if no more payments where made as per her agreement we would seek legal action.My opinon she is trying to get out of paying a legal debt she incured and seeking a free hotwater heater and install.So we will persue legal action against her L&H MOBILEHOME SERVICES

I am rejecting this response because:
It was not done in a timely manner nor was the job completeIt was over a week after he stated he would be installing the water heater and as my documentation can show, the floor as well as the pipes which he agreed to replace when water heater was replaced were not replaced making the job incompleteOnly the water heater and the top piping was replaced instead of what he had written on the receipt being the floor would be replacedYes I was satisfied with the water heater, not knowing until later that he had not replaced the floor or pipesHe did not try to resolve the situation as I have the voice-mails saved and he was very rude and disrespectful along with his threatsLegal debt would only be if they company had not breached the contract to begin with, which they did notThe hot water heater was by no means free since I did pay him $for the half job that was done

The remaining balance of $400.00 in 4 payments customer paid one payment then said we tried to resolve this issue left messages to contact us. With no response yes we did tell her if no more payments where made as per her agreement we would seek legal action.My opinon she is trying to get out of paying a legal debt she incured and seeking a free hotwater heater and install.So we will persue legal action against her.
