Ms *** contacted my company to come inspect her mobile home for a leakHer complaint was dripping noiseAt the time of inspection no leak was foundOur service call is $to come inspect her problemWhich is charged to everyone that we go to their home plus any parts and labor there
onMs *** also wanted a quote for Sheetrock repairs from another company coming out that did not finish their workDo not know details as to why they didn'tMs *** called to get quote a couple times and I advised her that we are extremely busy and she needed to contact the other company to finish repairsWe are sorry she feels that we got her money and left but the service call fee is a fee charged to everyone upon arrival of propertyIf she would have contacted us to give her a quote we would not have charged a service call, she contacted us to inspect for a leak at that time there is a chargeMy technician spent an hour at her property trying to find leakIf you have any other questions please let us know.
