We had a tree fall on our house and needed a new roof. We asked [redacted] to come and give an estimate for the new roof. He was nice and had someone come out to write up the estimate. We received the cost was going to be and after a few weeks we called to set an appointment. [redacted] asked what the insurance was going to give for the replacement and when he was told his price went up almost $2000.00. He told me that the VP of the company messed up the quote and now its more. We went with him because we need it done before we get more rain and it gets colder. His guys came out to the house and started after a few hour I stopped by to see how things where going and found my front door open after my son shut and locked it before he went to work. The drywall was not up so they could see into the house but they had no reason to come in. I called [redacted] and he came out and asked his guys about it and they said no one had gone in, [redacted] tried to tell me it was my son because his guy would never do something like that, after I left [redacted] called and said he talked to his guys and they did go in and because they needed power. [redacted] has an answer for every thing and I will never use him again and don't recommend his company to anyone.
I write this letter to express how pleased I am with [redacted] and the services he provides. He's extremely professional, personable and attuned to offering his knowledge regarding roofing repairs. His attention to detail is very much appreciated, his patience in explaining the process of his work and finish product is extremely exceptional . I'm looking forward to having [redacted] do some additional work to my screened in porch area in the near future. THEIR BIDS WERE VERY COMPETITIVE BUT OUR WHILE I WAS ON THE BOARD WAS THAT THEY DID THEIR WORK EXTREMELY WELL, FOLLOWED UP ON THE INEVITABLE ISSUES IN ANY LARGE SCALE PROJECT AND THE RESULT OF THEIR WORK WAS VERY POSITIVE. IN THE YEARS SINCE I LEFT THE BOARD, THEY HAVE CONTINUED TO OFFER THEIR SERVICES IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND IN A TIMELY MANNER. IN FACT, THEY JUST COMPLETED THE RE ROOFING OF OUR OWN BUILDING. VERY PLEASED AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
