At this time, I have been contacted directly by LI Tow Away Corpregarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Amber from the company called and left me a voicemail message on my cell phone I returned the call the following day and she told me that she didn't know why she would have called me I asked if it was because they reprogrammed my key and never informed me She stated that they didn't reprogram my key I informed her that they did reprogram my key and that I had to pay $to reflash one of the keys in order to start my car She said she would look through her notes and call me back if she remembered why she contacted me I have not heard from her since that day [Your Answer Here] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
