If you’d like to know why, here are the many reasons: Firstly, your attitude is despicable and disgusting. As a business owner you should be greeting your customers in the best and most hospitable manner possible; instead, you successfully do the exact opposite – you’re arrogant, cynical and dismissive. From the moment I walked in to your establishment to the relieving moment I exited, I felt uncomfortable, uninvited and just a tad-bit – well, let’s say -- angry. You treat your customers as if they’re pigs let loose and your employees like they’re untamed donkeys gone wild. Who do you think you are? I would NEVER do this as a business owner. Secondly, you sell a “deal” on Groupon with a purchasing limit of up to 5 per person. You then tell my friend and me that it’s for first-time customers ONLY. Why do you falsely sell this “deal” if you’re not willing to honor it on a second or subsequent visit? In fact, you told us to “never come back with this deal again.” No problem – I won’t be coming back at all. Thirdly, you did not honor the “deal” in its entirety. YOU made the decision that we would only receive a hot-stone massage. What happened to our body scrub as promised in your written “deal”? Your explanation to us that “men don’t like body scrub” is completely sexist and discriminating. Do you make it a point that your business not honors its word as promised in a contractual deal? You made it available in writing, I bought, and I did not receive. What is that called? Remove me from your mailing list. Also, I did the honor of writing your review on [redacted] Never to see you again, [redacted] CC: Revdex.com Serving Metropolitan New York, Inc. Groupon, Inc.Desired Settlement: While Groupon, Inc. has refunded me for this "deal," I would like two requests from [redacted]. First, she collected $6 in cash from me for the tax of this deal. I would like this refunded to me. Secondly, I would like her to write an apology letter to me and answer the questions posed in my letter to her. Thank you.
