To whom it may concern, [redacted]’s complaint revolves around the incorrect listing of college she attended in her application. At the time the application was submitted, she listed a school which had since changed their name. In a case like this, a transcript received under another school’s...

name cannot be attached to the application. For us to move forward with processing this application, including completing the “Professional Coursework Entry Service” which the applicant selected and paid for, a transcript must be attached for each school she has listed in the application. Because no transcript could be properly associated with the listing for [redacted], this process could not move forward. It is the responsibility of each applicant to monitor the status of his/her application. In the time between 01/07/2016, when she submitted her application, and 03/01/2017 we had no communication from her regarding this issue. She then opened communications to determine what was delaying her process. At that time, it was determined that the incorrect school listing had caused the trouble and the problem was corrected. Her application was then processed within two days on 03/03/2016. In conclusion, as soon as the applicant took action and inquired about her status, as is her responsibility, PharmCAS took action and processed her application immediately.  Thank you, PharmCAS Manager
