Liaison Technologies, Inc.

I have been trying to close our account at Liaison Technologies for 10 months now. Numerous phone calls and e-mails have resulted in nothing but empty promises and zero follow through. I have received multiple assurances that our account will no longer be billed, and yet we continue to receive an invoice every month. I have been told that our account will be credited for all the outstanding balances, then I am contacted by their internal collection department for payment on all the invoices that have been processed subsequent to the date when we requested termination of our account. And then I received auto-generated responses from customer service to my various e-mails, literally months after sending them, informing me that the issue has been resolved. Wrong!
