I had lost my keys to my Ford truck and took my vehicle to Ray Skillman Ford to have computer programmed to the key for the ignitionI was told that I would receive a new ignition switch with a chip along with module and issue would be resolvedi was contacted and informed that a transmitter was needed as wellI was quoted a $price to have the truck order completed and I stated do whatever it takes to have truck driving I would like it to be noted my truck had no other issues upon dropping truck off at service center besides lack of ignition key I was not getting a straight answer, any concerns or details of progressAfter weeks of getting the run around, I went and marked tire location for proof of movement, to validate any work being completedThe truck was still in same place when retrieved My truck was at the service center for weeks, when I was contacted and told to come pick upMike, which was the advisor, stated the truck turns over but does not fireThis

I keep receiving junk mail from them, I have called several times-over several months and written requests to not mail me anything and to please remove me from their mailing listsOn Wednesday March 23, , I called and talked to "Bill"The call was at 2:17pmI asked Bill how I could be removed from the mailing list and he replied "we have no control who gets the mailings, we buy the lists and there is nothing that we can do." I told him that they could remove my info, I planned on contacting the Revdex.com and filing a complaintHe replied " ok"He was not friendly and did not offer me any info on how to have my info removed

Over the week of June 5th to June 13th I attempted to work with the Buy Here Manager and a Sales Team person on purchasing a vehicle through their companyI told the Buy Here Manager about my experience with their company and he bad mouthed the prior person in the position and continued to make all kinds of empty promises that he would ensure I had a great experience I came to Ray Skillman with a voucher from *** *** *** They had approved me for $14,800; however, the Buy Here Manager refused to allow me to use that to purchase a vehicleI provided him with my finance packet and he kept pressuring me to use his In-House finance to buy a vehicleI kept insisting that he use the finance from ***, but he ignored me On Saturday, June 10th, they had me come to their dealership and sit for 4-hours while they did nothing They did not speak to me or attempt to assist me, but when I tried to leave they told me they were "working on a deal" and that they would "let m
