These documents show that I contracted
via email with *** *** (in response to a request on what I recall to be the *** *** *** of *** page) to assist with a graphic design project to redesign and expand upon the Judges' Presentation material (which used to be posted on the club's web page.) Many more emails confirm ***'s approval at various steps along the wayIt is clear I outlined my experience, hourly wage, and tried to work with her to establish that I was not in any way violating ANY kind of violation of copyright, and that I tried to establish the boundaries and expectations of the projectAdditional phone conversations (which were not recorded) confirmed her approval of the project's progress- again, she confirmed approval of my work through her emailed responses
It has been approximately months since I billed herEach time I request payment I get a different response postponing paymentShe even emailed me and told me I could sell the presentation to another buyer "in lou (sic)" of payment from her, and then made major threats against me, after seeing this Revdex.com postShe is a club member and may have been aware of my proposal to the club to purchase this material (yes they were interested)
I am very upset that I upheld our agreement only to be bullied, and threatened*** clearly contradicts herself with her Slander and Liable letter compared to earlier documents
The presentation is cleaner, brighter, professionally and accurately done, easier to read, easier to use and understand, and melds the sense of the breed's Italian heritage to it's new home in the US
