Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThe original paperwork was grossly mishandled by Exotic Classics and their responsiveness was the worst I've seen yet I'm happy to at last have all the correct and completed paperworkIt's unfortunate they have not offered to compensate us for having to send incorrect paperwork back or for fees associated (while nominal) with having to title the car after the expiration of the temporary tag due to the title not having any signatures to make it a legitimate legal sale documentThey did the minimum required to get this transaction resolved and only when we were frustrated stepped up to keep us better informed about what they were doing with the resolution and timing Sincerely, [redacted]

Good morning The original customer had lost his title and we applied for a duplicate.He then found the original and brought it in to us signed We should have sent that title to [redacted] [redacted] was paid off in August for the loan on this vehicle They electronically filed the lien release whichshows up with NYS Motor Vehicle Dept Upon hearing that Missouri title department would not acceptthe electronic lien release, we immediately called [redacted] Auto Finance They stated that they wouldmail out a hard copy but it would take days.We issued [redacted] originally an in-transit permit that is valid for days Sincerely, Barbara G***Office ManagerExotic Classics LLC

We sold the [redacted] A Ferrari, we provided the customer with photos and video of the convertible top working, when the vehicle was purchased it was sold as is with no warrantythe customer had his own pre-purchase inspection done by Ferrari of Long Island and the convertible top was working as designedthe customer hired his own transportation company to pick up and deliver the car to him when the car left my Facility the top was working when he received the car the top was bent and not functioning the transportation company that he hired damaged the car I spoke with the customer over a month ago he was putting in a claim with the car carrier for damageshe called me weeks ago saying that the claim was denied and looking for my company to pay for the damages our he will take legal action against usI told him again that we did not hire the company to transport the car he did and it left our facility workingthe customer even noted in his Revdex.com complaint that the there was no damage when we had the carall the under body shells were in place when the vehicle left our location the customer also fails to note in his report that when he received the car it was covered in mud and had more miles on it witch in my opinion is that the transportation company drove and damage his vehicle the transportation company that he hired will not reimburse him for damages so he is trying to threatening exotic classics with legal action unless we pay him so money backwe owed him extra keys for the car witch we had no problem paying him forif exotic classics hired the transportation company and they refused to pay for damages we would absolute reimburse our customer to make him happy but we did not hire the transportation company [redacted] didthank you for your time if you have any questions please feel free to call me at [redacted] ** [redacted] [redacted]

If Exotic Classics hired the transport company to ship a car and they damaged it and if they refused to pay for the repairs as a good will gesture we would pay for the repairsBut in this case we did not hire the transport company the customer hired his owen, in the purchase agreement it does state the vehicle is being sold as isThe top was working when it left my location, and there was not any bent convertible top piecesThis customer has been posting all over the internet bad reviews
