Review: On April 14 libcom shut down all services.Service connection and webmail HSS been sporatic and for many days inaccessible.No telephone or internet communication also available since April 14..just a roborecording message when you call their number. On their website they say all their clients webmail correspondenceis inaccessible and probably lost....present secondary webmail does not record many mail sent to me. I checked with those senders.

An awful mess...I do not have even the opportunity to not choose to receive spam and ads and webmail they say is not even secure...what good is it ?

I want to get compensated by my inconvenience and business loss but nobody in the company cares to answer questions by phone...no viocemai....so aggravated ....can't even cancel my service....they will probably still bill me...need to know what's going on...nobody at that company cares...they fail in customer service and delivering service I pay for.need help.Desired Settlement: Reinbursemant of services not rendered.contact by company to defuse situation.Explanation why they are not answering phone nor support messages...is this company still in business.
