All Road Communications does not book inventory based on the IMEI numbers that were providedAll incoming rentals are checked in carefully and due to the high volume of incoming and outgoing equipment we have no way of identifying the units in question. All Road Employees have been very compliant with FedEx in trying to locate the missing parcelWe have made it clear that all rentals from that point forward need to have the IMEI documentedWe are unable to locate the phones at this time and will continue to lookUnfortunately,this is an issue between the individual, FedEx, and their satellite phone vendor

Review: All Road Communications has overcharged my credit card four months in a row. I have contacted the agent I dealt with but he was of no assistance. I have written email from agent regarding cancelled phone lines that he confirmed were cancelled but I am still getting billed for them. I have multiple sat phone lines with the company. I tried to contact them in writing per their contract to cancel their services altogether however the cancellation request parcel returned stating the address was a Taco Shop. I emailed several more agents that were named to me, but not one replied. The company also overcharged my credit card in 2012/13 owing me $700 in credits which I have never received. I have email correspondence with agent confirming the company owes me (the US Government) $700. The contract I'm under is in its multiple year, and I was told I'd have to pay a $250/line fee to cancel, however the contract states that's only in the first year. This is my third year thus far under the same original contract.Desired Settlement: The company must cancel my account immediately - Acct # [redacted] Gates of the Arctic. Yes, this is a federal agency I work for and a government credit card under my name that is getting charged. Forfeit all fees applied beginning February 1, 2014 and on. Secondly, I must have a refund credited in the amount of $700 for the overcharges discussed with the All Road Agent, Eddie. Thirdly, I must have a refund in the amount of the cancelled lines they've charged me in Oct, Nov, Dec of 2013 and Jan of 2014 thus far. I have records with email from the All Road Agent, Eddie, of which lines those were. Fourthly, no fee will apply to the cancellation of the all my lines per the contract b/c this is not my first year of the contract.

Please see my comments below in response to Mr.Sample's desired outcome.

1. His account (Account [redacted]) has been cancelled. All fees that were charged to him as of 2/1/14 and on have been adjusted and REMOVED from his account.

2. He needs to be refunded the following amounts for overages: (Oct 2011, $204.91; Nov 2011, $79.50; Dec 2011, $204.91; Dec 2011, $444.53). His total refund should be $933.85 from All Road Communications.

Please confirm that Mr.Sample agrees with our findings and confirm that his complaint will be removed from the Revdex.com rating site.

Once you have confirmed that no further action needs to be taken I will refund his card ending in 2575 for the funds that were charged in error.

Review: Three satellite phones with another company's label on them that I had rented were mis-delievered to this company by FedEx and despite proof of delivery, repeated attempts to retrieve the phones, All Roads Sat will not return them and I find myself as a consumer caught between two companies that are fighting.Desired Settlement: return of the three phones.
