past due account in detailThe son never showed up to those two appointmentsWe have sent detailed statements to the son and then turned them over to collections on April 6, The collection company working on the past due balance has the complete billing historyThe second item that is noted in family statement to you is about alcohol poisoning and was placed in the hospitalThere was no break in her medical days at our community that would reflect a hospital stay of this natureIn other words, if this did happen we would have documentation on this situation and there would be a clear break in her billing where she was out of our community and placed in the hospitalRegional Director of Operations
