Review: My Fridgidaire dishwasher stopped working. I contacted Fridgidaire two months as my dishwasher was still under warranty & they referred me to Liberty Appliance for repairs. Firdgidaire also made an appointment with me for a Liberty tech to come insoect my unit. Liberty missed the appointment time claiming they were never notified by Fidgidaire so I was forced to make another appointment for a few weeks later. Finally, a few weeks later, a Liberty tech came to inspect my unit & stated he needed to order a part. Again, this was 2 months ago & I am still waiting for Liberty to receive the part needed to fix my unit. My calls to Liberty either go unreturned when I leave a voice message or, when I do manage to talk to the receptionist, she states she will pass along my message to someone but, again, no one ever returns my calls. Two months seems like an unreasonable amount of time to wait for Liberty to obtain the part necessary for my repair. I also find it unprofessional that I can't get a simple response from anyone at Liberty about when they'll have the part & will come fix my unit.Desired Settlement: Liberty should contact me immediately to schedule a time for one of their techs to come & finish the repair to my dishwasher. My unit is still under warranty & the manufacterer charged Liberty with the task of servicing my unit per the terms & conditions in my warranty/service agreement with them.
