I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The sales representative by the name of Donald B[redacted] told us to text him a picture of the contract which we did on Febuary *, 2017 at 9:31am. The text message was marked as read and he never replied after that. We were never told that we were supposed to send a copy of the contract by mail. If necessary we can provide screenshots of the text message that was sent out including date, time and read marker. Aside from this we were in business with our current company for 15+ years and we just didn't know that one of the other partners has signed with them Prior to the signing of this new contract. Once we found out we immediately reached out to the sales representative and did as he asked. Regarding billing the sales rep never mentioned anything about the payment of the bill being in the beginning of the month.

The Customer Abrahams Bakery located at [redacted] Flushing queens entered into a 24 month contract on 2/*/2017. Equipment (1.5 yard container)was delivered on January [redacted] 2017. [redacted](Owner) received a cheaper price from a competitor and was told to send a copy of the cheaper rate...

certified mail along with a cancellation letter to the office located at [redacted] , as this is company protocol. Neither was received from the customer. Liberty Ashes Inc bills customers 1 month in advance that was explained to [redacted] at time of signing the contract. A copy of the contract will be provided that was signed by the customer on February [redacted] 2017. Liberty Ashes Inc tried to work out the price with the customer but the customer never provided evedince of the cheaper rate to the company Liberty Ashes Inc.

I ordered a computer from Priceless pc.net at the end of July 2014, paid shipping fee's etc up front. The payments started Aug 8. It has been 12 weeks since order has been placed. I was told at the time of the order delivery would be 6-8 weeks. Granted on the written financal agreemet no shipping date was mentioned (My fault I took thier word for it) . I speak with a nice customer service person when I call weekly to check on the statuss, she says I'm on the "ship list" but doesn't have a ship date for me. I am frustrated as I am disabled and ordered this computer so I can work from home and start some online classes. That is all on hold until I get this computer issue resolved. I was just told this morning they would be getting the "ship List' for this week and I would get a call back today to see if I'm on it. Hopefully this will get resolved today. I'm really starting to worry this is some sort of a scam. So Far I'd say my experience with this company has been negative. Hopefully it will turn around.

Review: We ve been in service contract with this business for years and apparently lately a lot of staff has been replaced and we ve been having issues with service as well as customer care. The garbage was not picked up during the Holiday season on multiple occasions and it was impossible to reschedule timely as there was no availability. This week again the garbage was not picked up and again rescheduling was only available for the following week. The customer service people were rude and not helpful and we will cease the contract with this company at the earliest possible date. I would like to get refunded for the missed service dates or end the contract early. We are very unsatisfied with this vendor.Desired Settlement: at least 3 service visits were missed. would like the prorated amounted refunded. Or contract released
