I appreciate the fact you say I was a pleasure to deal with, as you and your father were also in the beginning I do not accept your apology as you have not addressed, or been completely honest about my concernsThat truck was a birthday present from my son and Feras said, it was mechanically sound, in good shape, " he would not sell somthing to me that he would not have his own mother drive "His own words! You have not tried to make amends of anything, and being very rude to myself and my son, the fact that you would not take the phone calls expains alotI ask that you return all of my money, along with other expenses incurred from this As stated in earlier complaintWhat if someone sold your mom somthing like that, you would not like itI work hard for everything I have and its not fair that you would be so dishonestApology not acceptable, I would like my money back!

We understand why there is frustration, however a lot of the accusations being thrown are way are unfairFor example the consumers key not working is due to the area she lives in, which was clearly explained to her by the BMW dealer, the down town area has a lot of radio frequency signals that
interfere with her key fob (again BMW programmed and explained this to both of us), this is something we have no control overAlso the vehicle had been taken to another shop, and we have no control over what type of work was done to the vehicle or who works on itWhen the vehicle came in for minor repairs the customer asked to pay at a later date as she didn't have it in her budget, and when she did come to pay she was upset over the dimming of her mirrors so we offered to not take her payment and instead told her to keep it as to put it towards purchase of new mirrorsThe customer is a very pleasant person and we apologize for any rude tone you may have receivedWe apologize for any inconvenience you have endured, but we are not "crooks" or "liars"We have and always will be honest as we were with youNo one at our facility was pushy or forced you to do anything

In response to Liberty Auto about the examples that were in their statement, the key, I took the BMW to [redacted] where [redacted] stated that they were the ones who programed the key, BMW called [redacted] and explained that it was not the Key fob, but it was the locking mechanism In the driver door, when the key is inserted into the lock, it should lock or unlock the vehicle. (it did neither) Liberty Auto wanted to charge me $120 for the locking mechanism and they would put the part in. [redacted] admitted that he had gotten locked out because of the [redacted]e problem and broke the driver window to gain access to the vehicle as his story is very contradicting as he said he never used the lock, just the key fob.As for having the BMW towed to another shop, Liberty Auto [redacted] was the first person contacted, I have the phone records to prove that, and [redacted] was very rude to my son as he proceeded to hang up 2x, telling my son not to call back there anymore. (clearly not trying to find out nor hear anything that was going on).The deal about the labor was with his father Mr. [redacted], they wanted me to pay for the master cylinder and the brake line, which I contacted them before the 30 day warranty expired, and I was told to bring it in the Saturday after the warranty expired. The day I went to take Mr. [redacted] the remaining payment of $120, I asked [redacted] to speak with his father, and he said his dad was out of the country for a month, and kept badgering me to tell him what I wanted with his dad, I told him, then I asked him to have his dad contact me when he came back. (never heard from them). [redacted] had previously stated his dad did warranties and other issues, he just did sales. I then asked him about the mirrors, [redacted] rudely said, you take the money and go buy your own mirrors and walked away and left me standing there. The day I bought the truck with my son, he stated he ordered the mirrors and would contact me when they came in, and this is to show "he Lied". I do not accept their apology and I would like for them to pick up the BMW, which is garaged and give me a full refund of my down payment, monthly payments made and for the inconvenience of having to have the vehicle towed to another shop as I contacted Liberty Auto ([redacted]) first and he was rude, and my medical  travel expenses  incurred due to this. I just want them to return my money and pick up this truck.

The vehicle was originally $3987 with the DMV fees it came to $4,400. There were 141,000 miles on the vehicle, he has to replace the dash board and now there are approximately 182,000 miles on the car because he took a dashboard from another vehicle

This issue has been cleared on my part and should not have involved my business, customer is at my business currently and will be happy to explain and clear up the issue. My business has paid any expenses pertaining to this issue and should have this complaint removed as soon as possible.please call...

refunded the customer her money and she no longer owns this vehicle. I have asked her to contact you to remove the negative comments. I also have paper work of which I can provide to prove that this mater has been resolved. Please provide me a fax number to forward the information proving this matter has been resolved. Thank you.
