Liberty Backhoes

I ordered a backhoe from Liberty and was told I would receive it in 4 weeks. One week before the expected date I was sent an email that said it would take other week because of order volume. I called to confirm this and was told that was correct. After not receiving it on the new expected date I called and was told it was a typo and that the real date was now another month from the second date. I tried many times to reach the manager and was never able to talk to him directly even though in his emails it said I could call him at anytime After I said I wanted to cancel the order and get my deposit back of $1600 I was contacted via email from the manager that if I would wait just another couple of weeks from the last promised date I would be able to get the backhoe. I still went ahead with the cancellation of the order and was told my credit card would be credited for the $1600. Three weeks later when the credit card statement arrived I found that no credit was issued. After many attempts to reach the manger and being promised of a return phone call, no one ever called. I had read many other complaints from others with pretty much the same experience that I had. I only wished I had read those reviews before I placed my order. As of this date I am still waiting for my refund and considering further legal action. I ended up ordering a backhoe from another company([redacted]) and received my order 9 days after ordering it. Take my advice and stay far away from Liberty!!!

Ordered 7 ft backhoe 6/25/2015, was charged $1759.60 down, to be delivered 7/27/2015. Received email 7/24/2015 that they couldn't deliver till 8/14 to 8/18/2015 but they would give me $184 discount for waiting. Discovered they had charged me the balance on my cc even though they were not supposed to till it actually shipped. Finally got credit for that 10/15/2015. On 8/21/2015 received email saying it would be delivered 8/23 to 9/3/2015, and that I would receive $35 dollar a day credit for every day it was late after that. It's now 11/28/2015 still no backhoe, they will not answer my emails. Cancelled my order today after wasting months dealing with them. Will see how long it takes to get my money back.
