I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The client is lying. I only had coupons - for me and of my co-workers, as we could not all leave the office at the same time. the client offered me cookies if I purchased at least a half a pound. The client never has any limits on their coupon. It's advertising and a way to bring customers in with hopes. It's bad business on their part because we had planned to buy cookies anyway but decided not to when we saw what they were doing. If people had liked the cookies they most likely would have gone in to buy more themselves and would have recommended the bakery to others.Regards,*** ***

Owner states that they are a small bakery that opens for one month a year and runs a coupon for a free cookie to draw people inThis year they forgot to put limit one per person and this consumer came in with coupons in hand, demanding her free cookiesThe owner tried to explain, and offered
free cookies, but the consumer was not happy and left without any cookiesThe store is now closed for the year, and will not open until next year holiday time
