Review: On July 23 2015 I received[ as phone call from a man who claimed to be a representative of [redacted] (an on line Tech Company *with wich I had a 3 year satisfactory contract). The caller stated that [redacted] was going out of business due to some problems and that the call was to get infrormation to provide a rebate to me for lack of future service. The man had an Easdt Indian accent, as did the contacts at [redacted].I provided information including my Liberty Bank Deebit card information.AT NO TIME DID I AUTHYORIZE A CHARGE OF $899.00 Which I discovered on-my bank accounty as a "PENDING CHARGE"The next morning I went Vito the Liberty Bank in [redacted] and told a person there ,,Vi,,that the charge was fraudulent and should be cancelled! She said since it waqsd a ":PENDING" charge nothing could be done! I filed a complaint with Liberty ,which was denied on the basis that it was an authorized transaction. This faulse I did not authorize this transaction, Plus If I could authorize a transaction WHY COULD I NOT CANCEL IT At the time I went to Liberty to deny the charge it had not yet been withdrawn., still the Baqnk went afgainst my wish to stop payment ,on July 5 they trasfered the $899.00 from my aqcount and paid a fraud. transaction! I feel the Liberty Bank is responsibleDesired Settlement: want ther $899.00 deposited in my checking account

I am rejecting this response because:I have contacted the Bank Liberty and was rejected out of hand/Therein, they did not answer the question which is:
Review: I made a deposit on my account on Friday morning expecting my funds to be available after 1 business day as usual, my account balance was never negative, this morning I check my account and finally the check posted but I was charged a $32 fee because I had $2 in my account??Desired Settlement: Refund the $32 that I was charge for no reason
My account was never overdrawn and I check it constantly so I would have known I needed to deposit more funds
