Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Swan pool ( sales person [redacted] ) said that someone will come out ( Plaster company Dominguez pool plastering corp) ? on 6/17/in the morning to do the acid washMy only two concerns that I have is who will pay for the refill of the pool? And once the pool is refill with water who will rebalance the chemicals? The only reason why I would like to know? this because it costs ? $to rebalance the chemicals in my pool by my pool company the next day, and it also cost $to refill the water which is what my bill was last timeThose are the two concerns I have at this time but otherwise I am in the process of getting the pool emptyI hope that someone will show up and do the work I been promised because otherwise I will have a empty pool come Saturday when it is degrees outsideI would just like to have a better understanding what it means when "We will empty the pool and acid wash it and then refill it"? We contacted the customer when we received this complaint.? We met with them and agreed to drain the pool and chemically treat it which we not obligated to do.? The problem had nothing to do with plaster, it was probably just water chemistry but to show the customer we were acting in good faith we did the drain and chemical bath.This should resolve the matter.? I am going to send you a separate e-m.ail with an attached copy of our CUSTOMER AGREEMENT FOR PLASTER form which every customer signs.? It explains all the issues we anticipate that can happen to plaster.? That e-mail will be coming from a different e-mail than this one.? Look for it coming from? [redacted] Respectfully,SWAN POOLS

I am rejecting this response because:The way the pool company is defending there position. To start the pool company has corrected the issue. However, it took me having to complain to the Revdex.com for anything to be done and several phone calls. The pool looks great now but this bothers me. It bothers me because the pool builder can obviously do the process the correct way in order to get a good quartzscape finish. I would have not complained it if had been done correctly. The problem lies in the fact I had to go this route in order for them to comply and do a good job. I do not know what is going on with this company but when you compare both finishes; it is obvious that the company can do a good job. From them to argue that I signed a document that relies them of any wrongdoing if the finish is splotchy makes me wonder how many times they have done a sub par job to other people. I know several other people in my community that have used this company that do not want to bother complaining and settled with the bad finish. The pool company also argued that the issue might have been because the water chemistry was not done correctly and this affected the finish. What they don't disclose is that the person that did the chemicals was a person recommended by them. Not sure what they are telling half truths. Again the pool company did correct the problem and the finish looks great now!!! The pool builder should take pride in the work that they do because they are craftsman. They should have looked at the finish and said something to meThey should not have waited for me to complain about it.

This job was started on March and immediately after that it rained consistently through the remainder of March. Even on days when it didn't rain we couldn't work many days because of the muddy conditions Our contract stipulates that for every day of rain we are allowed an
additional day to complete the project. We have had a tremendous backlog of work this year due to the unseasonably wet winter we had. We are working as quickly and efficiently as possible to complete this project and are very nearly done as of this date. Thanks,In The Water dba Swan Pools

This contract was dated 10/12/and was plastered on 12/30/16.? The interior finish the customer chose was Quartzscapes, a finish that involves a day process.? On the first day the finish is actually? installed and on the second day a technician returns and does a chemical bath on
the pool interior to complete the process.? The pool is then filled with water.When the pool was filled the customer expressed concerns about the plaster finish and contacted our office.? Our representative went to the job and advised that the customer should wait months for the curing process to be complete, at which time the customer called again to say it had not improved and were again advised to wait an additional months and that we would put the job on our service/repair board, which we did.? Apparently there have been some calls during that time which were not returned for which we accept responsibility and apologize.We have attached documents that clearly indicate that Swan Pools is not responsible for plaster but in an attempt to satisfy the customer we want to go ahead and drain the pool and? do another chemical bath on the plaster.? ? We will drain the pool, do the? chemical bath and re-fill the pool.? Hopefully this process will enhance the plaster finish and will satisfy the customer.? ?
