Lisa claims a Revdex.com rating of A+ and it actually is a C+! Our business has gone 3 months without payments since Lisa took over the billing and she is totally unresponsive to our inquiries. Obviously unprofessional and irresponsible.
Liberty Billing LLC provides billing services for my clinical psychology practice in Bellevue, Washington. Statements have not been sent to patients for January, February, and March to collect co-payments and/or deductibles. Accounts receivable summaries have not been sent for February and March and claims have not been submitted to Aetna for at least seven patients dating back to February.
Liberty Billing works diligently and conscientiously to submit bills and to deal with insurance companies, which can often be a complicated and challenging enterprise. I have been very pleased with their work.
