RE: Case # XXXXXXXX:
We are a reputable Commercial Real Estate Broker's office and have been in this business for the past 15 years and ranking in top 5.
This is to clarify the complaint...

that Mrs [redacted] has made about our services, our agent and Escrow Office. All our transactions goes through bulk sale in escrow which the buyer has the privileged of choosing the location and escrow office. Escrow is a neutral party towards all parties (Buyer, Seller and Broker). We as a broker, have duty to protect our seller's interest as he/she is the one who hires us to sell his/her business and make sure the buyer receives all necessary information that he/she needs to make a sound decision on his/her investment. It is our duty to give out most fairness, loyalty and respect to both parties in any transaction.
The neutral party (Escrow office) has to do their job based on the rules and regulations which has been set in their frame work. Escrow cannot give buyer's information to the seller or vice verse (for privacy matter). Escrow instruction would change slightly based on the position of being a buyer or seller and both parties can read and initial each page.
Regarding lease issue. Lease is between buyer and landlord. The content of lease can be changed or altered by negation between landlord or property manager and the buyer. Of course in introductory meeting we are present and if the buyer needs to be assisted, we will help them accordingly. Mrs.[redacted] complain is not really justified and it is just a big misunderstanding.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2015/06/21) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I understand the broker is a reputable firm but they have not been fair in my transactions. I never asked for buyer's private information only asked for escrow instructions that me and buyer signed which should be same. They cannot be altered I am yet to see what me and buyer signed together. When I bought business me and seller signed in same document but now it is not which is why I suspect that something has changed. They did provide the document which buyer signed but I feel it may have been altered. Well if the sale proceeds through I will trust the broker and escrow that they have not altered docs , till then I will leave the complaint open. In a sale we are in NDA and we need to sign same docs there could be pages which pertain to seller and buyer but most of the pages should be same and visible to buyer and seller.
