It is unfortunate to hear that after voicing his complaint to management and the appropriate action was taken, that he felt the need to file this complaint Liberty Yellow Cab takes customer complaints seriouslyOur offices thoroughly review all information in our system which has a breakdown in customer information (pick up/drop off locations, and GPS tracking to see the exact route that was driven in real time)Attached you will see the highlighted route and the cost was correct therefore no refund was issued and that is the reason the customer was unhappyThe customer used our services after this complaint was filed as well on 2/14/and 2/21/and were completed tripsServices were rendered and indeed accurateWe wish our customers the very best!

I just spoke with the individual from the above complaintAfter listening to the specifics and conducting an internal investigation, it appears that his phone number has been mistakenly entered by the Medicaid Answering Service that notifies us of all Medicaid transportsHis area code is similar but different to another otherwise identical numberWe have blocked his number from our system to stop any further texts from us but stopping additional Medicaid requests on behalf of his number is out of our controlIf it continues, he will have to mitigate this change on his ownWe are not legally empowered to do so since it was not our error and these regulations are governed by HIPPAI gave this individual my personal contact information and asked him to contact me should there be any further cases of concernI am also cc'ing this person with this message.Please contact me at any time, as always, should you wish additional information.Sincerely ,J [redacted]

I spoke with Mr*** via telephone on 2/18/16, the same day this incident occurred and as soon as I received his v-mail.He explained what happened and we agreed to issue a full refund for his fare, reported by him as $23.30, not $24.80as he stated in his correspondence to youThis refund has
already been requested to 'Curb,' the app he used to paythe fareI also let him know that we were not in a position to pay for his additional requests - compensation for his pants, compensation for his time in making the report, and compensation for his 'physical and mental stress and anxiety.' He fully agreed with me on all these points during this phone conversation and thanked us for our quick responseI am not aware of any unanswered calls from him to us I also spoke with his cab driver and he was reprimandedHe will be personally charged-back for the refunded fare.As always, I remain readily available should you like to discuss this further with me at any timeThank you for your concern and follow-upBusiness Development Consultant

I just spoke with [redacted] and apologized for what transpired on 3/1/16. I offered to refund his total Liberty fare of$49.00 ($25 and $24) since it seems he missed his bus to NYC. We cannot refund his $120.00 for that trip since that is a separate transaction between him and the bus company and...

we are not responsible for that.Hi indicated that this offer from us was sufficient. We are working on having the driver come into the office to drop off the wallet. Our drivers are independent contractors and they are free to come in to the office when they choose to do so, we are working on this matter diligently.
