~The Movies are being repeated again & less interesting this Monthâ Today is Tuesday & I had to just plain TurnOff the Remoteâ I as a Customer have been Requesting to Receive my Payment Inrnvoice and I had Requested December/January and they have my proper PO BOX ADDRESS and I have called several times and they keep telling me that yes I will receive my Payment Invoice but they are not complyingâ This is very annoyingThey are not keepping their word

Liberty sold me a package stating I would be able to achieve 100mbps internet speeds to allow me to stream movies and tvIn the days since they have installed the service, I am still unable to stream movies or have a connection strong enough to allow me to open web pages, yet they want to fight me over giving me a credit on my billThey sold me a package that they are unable to deliver but do not want to adjust the price for failing to deliver on what is advertisedThey have come out and changed the modem and it has the same resultsBeing the only service provider in town, they treat their customers horribly and fail to deliver on the product they advertise I have called technical support over times trying to work through the issuesThe tech just comes swaps the modem and leaves without waiting to see how everything functions once it boots upI've hard wired my Apple TV directly to the modem with an Ethernet cable and it still fails to allow for pages to loadThis is obviously an issue with the serviceThe service is so bad, I have to use my cell phone for internet usage!

Since I arrived I have not stopped liberty of having problem- I changed the modem times and today have no internet Prices are a steal are more expensive than Choice and gave more choice and speed was much faster and more stable The call center answered quickly now I was hour and I get tired of waiting and hung upThey have a monopoly bought the only cable company that was Now I will charge $ for the change of Choice Liberty and that's not my fault the only thing I get is problems with their serviceChoice was more stable had more speed for less and technicians worked until Sunday The call center was super fast and the 7days 24hours

I have Liberty's service both at home and in the office The service at home included Internet and cable TV At the office it includes Internet, cable TV, and telephone Their Internet service is so poor, that I had to get another Internet service to kick in when Liberty was down The cable TV at home was spotty, with long periods of image freezing up or the services not working We returned the cable box and kept the Internet service
At the office, we were having so many problems and would contact them regularly to fix the problems They would never send technicians, but they would tell you that one was on the way or already working on the problem When you would call them back, the story would change with each person you talked As we did at home, we decided to get a second Internet service provider, because our POS and music system depend on Internet access Between both companies, we are paying nearly $400/month for Internet that doesn't work consistently

This company provides the most inefficient cable TV and internet access I have ever experienced. Unfortunately they are the only providers of such service in the area I currently reside. I do believe this is against anti-monopolistic practice law but it seems to be that the government in PR, nor the Federal government or the FCC cares about enforcing the law in this area. This company advertise warranty uninterrupted service, yet the interruptions are constant and the response to work orders inefficient and extremely slow. I am currently trying for them to fix issues with the cable TV signal that have being happening for the past three week and they have send two tecs out and ensure my the problem is resolved, however the interruptions continue daily to the point I am not able to enjoy a service I am paying for. This is not the first time I have problems with the service, A month prior to this we had almost no internet access. They offered an adjustment on the bill but it never happen
