I started to contact [redacted] on May 5th in regards to her remaining balance of $200, I had a hard time trying to get a hold her due to her phone was disconnected. t did get a hold her mid May and she said she would be in on May 24th to make her monthly payment ($318) and her remaining balance of 'down payment ($200) on May 20. She said that if she didn't get her money that she would bring the car back to the lot until she received her check.

They took the car after being late for one week. I put all the cash I had which was $700 down on that vehicle, for them to come and take it for being a week late on my payment. So I basically rented a vehicle for $700 for a month. No i'm not satisfied with their response or with the dealership and the way they conduct business. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone who needs a car. I understand I was a week late on my payment but to take it and not give me the opportunity to at least get it back is unfair. So now I am out $700 and they can go and just resell the vehicle. I guess that's the way they make their money by burning people out of their initial down payment. So my advice to anyone purchasing a vehicle I wouldn't do business with this dealership. ITS A RIP OFF!
