Hi, I'm extremely frustrated with Liberty Chrysler Dodge in Rapid City, SD
Here's what happened to me: I found a Pacifica van I liked on the internet and the go to the dealer (Liberty Chrysler) After looking at the vehicle, we decide to go with a different PacificaWell, the dealership writes up the proposalThe estimated payments were about $***, we felt real good about the deal and said to go forward with itWell, we get over to the dealership finance department and right before we go in, the salesman comes back and said, I made a mistake and wrote up the wrong vehicleIts now going to cost you about $*** more on a monthly paymentWe were already set on getting this particular van and continued forward with the dealAfterwards, we got to thinking about the process and decided that this is a very shady business practice, to give a customer one price initially and then change when your already set on a vehicleThen to make matters worse, the dealership ordered parts according to the first vehicle instead of the one we bought to satisfy the "We Owe" they owe us for a spare tire and trailer hitchAnother delayThus you have the shady sales practices and incompetence

Bought vehicle that had EGR deleted and was chippedWas sold a warranty that Chrysler canceled because off the EGR and ChipLiberty won't honor
