I brought my vehicle to Liberty here in [redacted]. They had my vehicle for about 5 wks, they said they were working on it, but couldn't find what the problem was. I took my vehicle back and wanted to take it to Reno, NV, to have someone else look at it. I went back to Liberty to ask for my paperwork on my vehicle. They refused to give the paperwork to me because they said I was rude.Desired SettlementAll I would like is my paperwork, so the next person to work on it can see what they need to fix it. So for the record we tested the system and the test lead us to replace the engine control module. Still no start, next we tried the power distribution module and still no start, we then tried new key less module, Still no start, at this time because of waiting on parts and [redacted] wanting her car we quit working on it and recommended taking someplace else. It doesn't matter if somebody else looks at it and has to start from scratch, what matters is that my vehicle was in their shop for 5 weeks. They never contacted me about what kind of work was being done on my vehicle or how long they expected it to remain in their shop. I would like the paperwork that states what work they had performed on my vehicle so I can take it to someone else and they can see what has been done.
