Liberty Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Reviews (23)

sales guy george e [redacted] told me he will redo contact lower my car payment too a month and bring touch up paint for car.im very happy

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

A vehicle is considered used when it has been titled, regardless of mileage This vehicle has never been titled and is a new vehicle This same customer has sent numerous complaints to the Revdex.com regarding different matters trying to get refunds of money Again, just like the response to the previous complaints, my dealership will be offering no refunds, nor will we respond to any other complaints from this customer [redacted] **

Chrysler denied the claim stating that damage was not a defect in workmanship or material. However, we are going to replace this at the expense of the dealership as a one time goodwill gesture for customer satisfaction

We offer all of our customer’s rental vehicles. The fee is $per day and it must be full of gas upon return, just like any rental car company. I spoke with *** *** *** and he never received any voicemail from the customer. Again, I would like to apologize for any confusion this may have caused, but the $per day rental program is available to everyone

I apologize but we already refunded the customers $

I have attached forms that show the DVD upgrade. It is the (2) android OS touch-screens monitors with DVD, HDMI/MHL & USB. My dealership will upgrade our customer to this model with ZERO cost to the customer. I have told auto additions that our customer can contact them directly to set up the upgrade. Auto Additions will go over the details and functions with him. They have told me in order to stream he will have to purchase a hot spot and it will be a monthly fee. My dealership will not pay any part of that hook up or any monthly fee associated with it. Regarding the rear heated seats, MOPAR has NO factory match. The only way to add rear heated seats to a Pacifica is to go through an aftermarket company. Our customer had the option to get the Pacifica he wanted that included factory DVD and factory rear heated seats. This is only available in a Limited model which is about $10,more MSRP. Our customer did not want to pay the additional money so he wanted to add the options to the less expensive model. Also, the heated seats were paid for by my dealership with ZERO cost to the customer. We cannot do anything about the button or button location of the heated seats. This will be the last response from myself or my dealership regarding this matter
Thanks,
Rob C*** GM

I'm witting you this email because I was not able to submit anything in witting through your website to reject the response that Liberty Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram submitted in response to my complaintI did however send you pictures, documents, window stickers and other supporting documentsIf need be I can also supply additional documents as well as text from the dealership regarding the issue. The documents will show inconsistencies on what was suppose to be added to the vehicleThe delivery report notes the dual headrest, dual head phone, remote controls, and navigation but another document will note just the head rest and surface scienceIt is clear that Liberty CJDR is incompetent in filing out documents correctly and with consistencyThis is definitely misleading and if their not incompetent then they must be trying to scam customers by promising what the customer wants with the intent to install cheap junky products to increase their profitsThey have already admitted to you that they were suppose to install the dual headrest and second row heated seatsSo as I stated before Liberty either needs to make it correct or provide a full refund. The dual headrest with DVD is also noted as rear headrest or seatback video screen by the dealership and Chrysler and this is why I have provided you with a window sticker for a plus Pacifica and advertisementsThe Pacifica booklet provided by Chrysler does talk about the functions of the seatback video screen but doesn't provided much further detailI don't know why any customer would expect less than what comes stock for the seatback video screens since that is all that your shown when viewing the vehicles unless somehow this is communicated to the customerOn the contrary though as I have stated all along the only difference was suppose to be the brand and size of the seatback video screensAs I stated before I was told by the dealership multiple times that I would be receiving the exact same seatback video screens as what comes stock in all Pacifica plus vehicles except for brand and sizeThey did offer to change the seatback video screens to touch screens but was informed by them that there still would be no streaming or gaming features as provided on the Uconnect stock modelThere was no mention of me paying any extra to do so because it was their mistake and the offer certainly wasn't an upgradeThere has been admission from Liberty all along that mistakes were made regarding the second row heated seat controls and dual headrest but their just simply unwilling to fix the mistakes. My understanding from Chrysler regarding the heated seat controls is all the dealership has to do is contact them directly with the vehicle VIN# and they would be able to provided them with the part# so that they could order the correct part and install itThe only thing that Liberty has offered regarding the second row heated seat controls is to move them to a place where they wouldn't be so visibleThis is totally unacceptable and I don't know of anyone that would want cheap, junky and ugly seat controls that have to be move out sight so that you can't reach them. The advertisement also states that Liberty is able to customize vehicles and provided such things as heated seatsHowever, as I stated before if they couldn't do it they should have never offered to do so and just ordered me the vehicle from ChryslerThe price that I paid for the vehicle was the price I was quoted by Liberty with the understanding that I was getting everything that myself and my family wanted on the vehicle. Please also find three attachments and I also sent you pictures separate from this email. Thank you, *** *** Phone: ###-###-####___________________________________________________From: foorscore [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, December 20, 10:PMTo: [email protected]: Id 11871318This is a picture of what the second row heated seat controls should look like and where they should he located in the sliding doors._____________________________From: foorscore [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, December 20, 11:PMTo: [email protected]: ID 11871318This is a picture of the location of the controls for the second row heated seats currently in the Pacifica I purchased from LibertyThe controls are installed in the wrong place in the wall and are not of same quality and don't match the style and shape of the other controls in the carLiberty offered to move the controls to somewhere they can't be seenThis is not acceptable The controls need to be matching and put in the correct locationI contacted Chrysler and they said that all the dealership needs to do is contact them with the vehicle VIN # and they would give them the part# so they could order the correct controls._________________________________From: foorscore [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, December 20, 11:PMTo: [email protected]: ID 11871318Here is another picture of the wrong second row heated seat controls

I would like to apologize that our customer is not pleased with the transactionHowever, Liberty CJDR and Auto Additions have gone above and beyond to help himOur dealership policy is to have every customer sign a delivery report form that will itemize what is promised and owed to the customer
This delivery report states, dual headrest DVD, dual headphones, remote controls , and navigation added after delivery and it is signed by the customerI will scan in and email a copy of it for Revdex.com recordsWith that being said, rear heated seats are not on the delivery report at allHowever, we did have them installed for the customer as well as the dual headrest DVDTo the best of my knowledge the DVD and the heated seats both function as designed and are not faultyFurthermore, the customer has been to the after market company, Auto Additions numerous timesThey offered him an upgraded DVD system with no additional labor charge, he would just have to pay the difference in priceThe customer declined the offer because he didn't want to pay for itThe customer also had his option from day one to get the exact vehicle he wanted but again he didn't want to pay for itThe offer is still available from Auto Additions to upgrade the DVD systemAgain, I apologize but my dealership did nothing wrong and the customer got exactly what was promised to him. Please send me an email address so I can forward the delivery report that our customer signed
Thanks

I am rejecting this response because:
Regards,
Brian *** yes the manager is a jerk.I will contact the owner curt k***

I know this is not trueMy sister *** was given a car to drive last week and again this weekNo chargeWe bought our Jeeps a few days a partSo what is up with that? I did leave a message for ***

Mr*** was upset with the delivery of his brand new vehicle. Keep in mind, he already had his new vehicle in his possession for days before he launched his complaint. He was driving the vehicle so any paint chips could have easily been caused by Mr***. With that being said,
I have attached pictures that Mr*** took of the "damage" and we can see absolutely nothing. Furthermore, I have attached a chain of threating and bulling emails that Mr*** sent to me telling me what his is going to do "social media" to our dealership if we don't re-paint his car. Then he gave me the "real reason" why he is upset. He wants his payment to be $per month not $628. He also states that he has "buyers remorse." This is clear in this case that Mr*** has "buyers remorse." Mr*** needs to take full accountability for his actions, stop playing the role of a victim and blaming others for his decisions. Nobody forced Mr*** to pay $per month or sign the bill of sale stating "All Sales are Final," and take delivery of his new car. I wish I could fix buyers remorse, unfortunately I cannot. We will be mailing Mr*** a bottle of touch up paint like he requested from his salesman on Friday. Please be sure to review all attachments.Rob C*** GM

Revdex.com:After leaving voicemail messages for Rick, one for Rob and contacting the Revdex.com, I did receive my refundIt could have been handled with a simple return phone
call.
I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.

The customer has my cell phone number. I received one call from her. Check was issued and put in the mail Friday.

sales guy george e[redacted] told me he will redo contact lower my car payment too 600.00 a month . and bring touch up paint for car.im very happy

I reviewed the rental policy in the last message.  If someone deviated from the policy I will handle it accordingly.  Please give me the full name of your sister, or the name the vehicle was under so I can research it.  Also, if you have any questions when you are in for service or sales and you need my help, please ask for me and I will be able to help you.  Again, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

I am rejecting this response because:I just checked my Credit Card account online and there is no credit for the $500 from Liberty.  So, just to make sure that is correct.. I called VISA Customer Support and they said that you have not...

refunded my $500.Can you please supply proof of the refund transaction details?  You must have made some mistake.
Regards, [redacted]

We offer all of our customer’s rental vehicles.  The fee is $40 per day and it must be full of gas upon return, just like any rental car company.  I spoke with [redacted] and he never received any voicemail from the customer.  Again, I would like to apologize for any confusion...

this may have caused, but the $40 per day rental program is available to everyone.

I see that the GM, Rob C[redacted] responded in writing that he would upgrade the headrest to the (2) android OS touch-screens monitors with DVD, HDMI/MHL & USB from Advent and attached a description from the Advent Company of what is included in the system. I find this an acceptable resolution but was wondering if further detail in writing should be included from the dealership to confirm that what is listed in the features of the attachment is what is going to be provided. Without further detail being in writing I would be concerned at this point that we may not get all the features listed in the attachment and I might end up with cloth headrest instead of the black leather headrest that match the rest of the vehicle. As far as the statement from Rob C[redacted] that there was a vehicle with the features that we wanted available, that would be totally false. I'm not sure what the point of adding features to a vehicle would be if there was another one already in stock with the exact same features. If the dealership's inventory had included a vehicle with the features that we wanted we would have obviously chosen that vehicle rather than wasting our time trying to get the features added on this one. This experience has been very time consuming and frustrating! What I also find interesting is that Rob C[redacted] keeps saying that if he had the vehicle in stock it would have cost an additional $10,000. However, the dealership stated many times if they were able to get the vehicle in stock with the features we wanted the price would have been the same as the vehicle we purchased with the added features. One of the main reasons that the dealership kept stating this is because they said they would match or beat the same offer we had been offered from Bob Caldwell Chrysler.Thank you,[redacted]
