I’m responsding to the recent letter received from Revdex.com,The ***’s came to our dealership to look at a vehicle for purchase. We worked with them for a month or so before they decided what to purchase. They seemed happy with their
choice.Never was it said to be a perfect vehicle, after all they purchased a per-owned vehicle. Two days after the purchase they came to our service dept.with some concerns. We addressed all concerned and seemed to be fine. The last record I have of the ***’s being here is 09/16/2014,there again we have addressed all concerns. We will make every attempt to correct any problems if one exist.I do believe the ***’s are now having buyer’s remorse and wanting out of the payments

Ri assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]
 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I am responding to the response made by the Dodge dealership in Hinesville ga.  I reject this response due to the condition the vehicle was sold to us, we tried to return the vehicle a day after it was purchased due to the fact that there were PROBLEMS and still continue to have PROBLEMS with this vehicle.  After we purchased the vehicle we left the dealership at 7:00 pm and rode to Savannah g.a where we first started to notice that this vehicle was no good. When we called the next day they told us to bring it in a day later. When my wife [redacted] bright the vehicle to the dealership the service manager Gave her a run around on what was wrong.  We were told after we purchased the vehicle that the tires on the vehicle DO NOT BELONG. Why would the dealership sell a vehicle knowing what issues this vehicle possess other than the fact of taking it off their hands. They told us that they been trying to get rid of this truck for months. I believe they see it as why not sell it to a couple in need of a vehicle that day. In response to the BUYER'S REMORSE, why would we have buyer's remorse when we dropped 2500 dollars on the vehicle that day? Payments are not and will never be an issue,  the issue is paying for something that is not in a stable condition for my wife to be driving. First, they sold the truck with warped rotors, a drivers window that does not go down correctly, tires that do not belong, tugging on the transmission which we were told is how an Ecofuel truck is suppose to run, and I believe their is a further issue with the bouncing, and vibration while going down the highway. They are stating that every issue has been resolved, to my believe is a lie and they are turning this on the purchaser to make us look like liars. We we're never happy when we left the dealership I had let them know that I would never recommend them to anybody and that's when we were told that there is nothing more they can help us with. after the disrespect that my wife has faced from the Servicemembers basically telling her she's a woman and she doesn't know what she's talking about, but then that end up being the Right thing wrong with the truck, with all the issues and back and forth with this vehicle we do not want this vehicle. We will pay for the milage used on the vehicle, but we want this piece of garage taken off our hands so we can go find a better vehicle from a dealership that does not try to get something off their hands and lie to us. They are returning the vehicle back to us today,  after no service wad preformed cause their service manager said their is nothing wrong which I believe is a lie. And it was not a month they worked with finding us vehicle that is false as well.

On 10/09/2013 [redacted] bought a vehicle from us at Liberty Chrysler . His sales rep were Henry and Troy, it was a spit deal because both sales...

reps helped [redacted]

When the deal was completed [redacted] owed a $500 dollar down payment, that he would pay $200 on the 15 of Oct. and the remaining
$300 on the first of Nov. [redacted] paid his $200 dollars on 10/16/2013, and was given a receipt.

[redacted] has not been back to pay the other $300 dollars  of his down payment. He makes the claim that we(someone at Liberty Chrysler) stole his money.  When we do a down payment we take the customer to the cashier's office and receipt the money in just like we did his first down payment.

[redacted] who has been with us for seven years has tried to collect the money for the rest of the down payment through several phone calls and in person when he came on the lot. We do not steal soldiers money and give people a receipt for any money transaction. We have employees that have been here a long time and do not have issues with down payments. [redacted] doesn't have a name or a face of who he gave the down payment to, or a receipt.

This is a simple case of helping out [redacted]  with his situation, and him not holding up to  his side of the bargain. We do this because he is a soldier and we appreciate his service.

He did not pay the money, or he would have a receipt.

In conclusion my name is [redacted], Sales Manager at liberty Chrysler, being a prior soldier for eight years and being in this business for sixteen  years. I don't appreciate the comment about us  stealing  money from soldiers. We will eat the three hundred dollars, and won't bother  [redacted] anymore.
