This is my final response regarding the customer's complaint and subsequent rejectionAs I previously mentioned, we have a very clear policy of no refundsTuition is paid prior to taking class, as when you enroll in a class, you are committing to taking a spot for the entire sessionThe customer is the one that decided to stop taking class, therefore breaking their commitment of that spot for the entire sessionWe have a very generous withdrawal policy, again as previously stated both here and through emails with the customer prior to this Revdex.com complaintTheir unused tuition will remain on their account for years
With regards to the receipt, the receipt was emailed Thursday February at 5:14pmOnce again, credit card payment receipts get automatically sent to the email address on file (in this case the customer's wife) immediately after payment is processed (see below)***

At Liberty Dance Center, LLC we run dance sessionsThe first is our week summer session and our second is a week dance season (follows the school year). The customer's child was enrolled in both our summer and 2013/dance season. For our summer session, tuition is paid
in full at time of registration (prior to taking class) to hold that dancer's spot in the classFor our week long dance season, for the convenience of our customers, we break the tuition amount into equal payments throughout the year (as clearly stated in our studio policies posted on the studio bulletin board and our website). At time of registration for the week season, first tuition payment as well as their $per dancer registration fee is paid, prior to taking class, as once again, that payment is what secures that dancer's spot in the classAt this point in the year, we just collected payment #of Therefore, we are over 2/the way through the dance season. The payments are not for week or monthly "sessions", but simply a payment plan option for those that do not wish to pay the entire year in full
The customer never expressed concern over what to do or asked about the possibility of withdrawal and what our policy on that was. We were aware the dancer had apprehension about attending class occasionallyHowever, that is one of the reasons some parents put their child in an activity, to help them overcome that apprehensionTherefore we are experienced and more than willing to work with both the child and the parent if that is the case, in how to best guide the child through the class
I am attaching a copy of our studio policies, which also states our policy in the case of missed classes or withdrawal from classThis is an industry standard that you will find in most, if not all, dance studios and/or other child activitiesWe completely understand that circumstances arise which prevent a child from continuing their lessons (ex: illness, injury, not ready, etc). Therefore, we have a very generous policy in case someone needs to withdrawTheir portion of unused paid tuition will remain on their account for future tuition use, good for years
With regards to the comment about not receiving a receipt of paymentOur studio software that we use automatically sends an email receipt for all credit card payments madeIn fact, it gets sent so quickly, that we will have parents still at our front desk and their phone will alert them that they have an email receiptBelow is a copy of the receipt they received after payment was processed
