Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:? The business owner lied in his response to my complaint.? He never produced a detailed receipt for his work as requestedI complained about this immediately after the work was completed, not months later.? He explained that his bill included two hours of labor at an hour but only worked for an hour which can be verified by my girlfriend who was there when the work was completed.? This guy is a thief.? Regarding the complaint that was filed with the Revdex.com:The customer was informed on several occasions how the pricing for the services requested worksMy company does not price jobs hourlyWe have a flat rate pricing to eliminate any type of confusion with payment when the job is completedWe work off of a industry standard electrical pricing book.The customer never responded to my requests to try to meet him prior to the job to give him the priceHe then texted me months later and said his girlfriend would be available to meet meI gave her the price of $to install a Dedicated amp circuit before I started and it was APPROVED before I started.In addition the customer did not get any other quotes and therefore has no idea what this job actually costs.Please let me know if you would like any additional information as I would be happy to give it to you.Thank you!

Hello, The customer has no fact base to go off ofI am not sure where he is getting his numbers but he has yet to present any additional quotes for this line of service from any other licensed and insured electrical companyWe DO NOT operate hourlyWe are a flat rate pricing company which is presented and APPROVED before the job is startedWe were kind enough to try to give the customer a breakdown when he first texted us his grievancesWe were just trying to help him understand how the pricing is calculatedUnfortunately, that did not go accordingly and he feels he is owed some type of "refund" for the job completedOur lead estimator has been estimating jobs for years and we have yet to have any complaintsAt the end of the day the price was delivered and APPROVED well before the start of the jobConsidering this was a flat rate price, it would not matter if the job took hour or hours it is the priceAgain, the bottom line here is the customer still has yet to get any other quotes to compare this toWe can go back and forth regarding $until we are blue in the faceAs of right now we as company do not see any fact base comparisons in regards to customers price complaints. I gave her the price of $350.00 to install a Dedicated 20 amp circuit before I started and it was APPROVED before I started.In addition the customer did not get any other quotes and therefore has no idea what this job actually costs.Please let me know if you would like any additional information as I would be happy to give it to you.Thank you!
