Liberty Express

Review: I went to this store/gas station on my way home to get a hot dog and gas. I went inside and purchased 2 hot dogs and a drink and $10 in gas. I then went outside and ate my hot dog. I went to put gas into my motorcycle and it would not work, so I went back in and the lady told me that it automatically got credited back on my Reloadable [redacted] debit card. We'll I had no more money on me and after contacting the [redacted] card they told me it takes 3 days to see it back on my card. Not only did they not care, I was 1 hour away from home with no money and now no gas. Ok I dealt with that by asking people for money and I mailed them all back, the customer service was rude. Now the Big Bang. I have been called last week and spoke to the manager named Lori..she said she would look into it and I reminder her to take my info down so she could call back. It's now been over a week and I call everyday and [redacted] will not return my call. It's $10. She was mean,quick,rude,and felt like she was feeling it was only $10 let it go by her words to me. So after all that and almost being stranded with horrible customer service I still can't get my $10 back. I have 2 receipts but the one with the credit on it, she crumpled it up in front of me and threw it away. Oh, and [redacted] also said she would check the register with the time and date I gave her n still nothingDesired Settlement: I would like my $10 that they refunded back on my card and something said about their customer service if possible. But at the very least they have my $10

No I still have not been credited beach and still have not received a call back..I also was doing my research and the cashier could take advantage of this by just taking the $10 out of register and keeping it for herself. That would keep the cash register at even.

Thank you for addressing the concern about your visit to the Liberty Express, [redacted], PA [redacted].

We find it unfortunate that you were disappointed with the service at this location. Please rest assured that that we have investigated the complaint and that the employees concerned has been made aware of your disapproval of their conduct and additional training has been provided.

After you prepaid for the fuel for $10, and for your in-store purchases, there was a significant delay before the pump was activated to dispense fuel. As a safety mechanism, the pump times out, and puts money back on the card. Since your card was a reloadable [redacted] debit card, it did not do this automatically. The employee on duty was not aware of this and did not follow proper procedure to issue a refund manually.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We place great importance on the conduct of our employees and your complaint will give us the opportunity to remedy any problem that may exist. As a matter to refund your $10, which is owed to you, please accept this $25 gift card as a gesture of good will, acceptable at any Exxon or Mobil location.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Also the people behind Revdex.com, u truly are great! Thank you! I still will never go back to that store.
