They will not send me my contract and they didn't pay most credit debt
II called last year and again today 10/07/2019 they will not send me my contract. they have kept most of my money I only owed them around $2000.00 when I spoke to then in 2015-2016 they told me to go ahead and stop paying to see what all account be paid with the $5000.00 they had no other accounts have been paid. They have a new supervisor and told me last year a whole different story and today another story. I asked him to send me my contract and he said no I don't understand why he won't and told me that I still owed around 17000.00 and that is not correct he closed my account I am more than sure. I spoke to a different person that I made arrangement with.I feel they kept a lot of my money without paying most debts. I'm just hoping he didn't change anything.
They need to send me the money that wasn't used because I can no longer trust them. Last year he told me macy's was paid off and it wasn't and also that the other debts will fall off on there own. That makes no sense to me at all. this was told to me by the supervisor. I've looking for the contract on my emails since that's how I signed the contract.
Mrs. enrolled into Liberty Financial's Program in May of 2012. Our organization resolved $27,793.00 of the original $31,781.00 of unsecured debt. Due to her payment history we were unable continue to resolve the debt on her behalf. Mrs. account was closed in April of 2016 due to Non-Payment. At that point Liberty Financial issued her a refund of $654.79 which she did cash, and closed her account.
We have provided Ms. with documentation confirming this information and we would be happy to answer any further questions or concerns she has.

sighed original documents 3/23/2012 my credits were all paid till this ate as well They said not to pay bills no more.Estimated debt 27156.00 target settlement 1693.60 estimated savings 10862.40 estimated monthly payments 592.00 estimated # months 28 all company fees are included in projections 1st payment 05/04/2012 amount 592.00 till 11/04/2012 in 12/04/12 payments went up to 632.00 not sure if I wanted to stay at the 28 months I can't find another contract.. no payments to credit card companies from 02/05/2014 till 07/08/14 balance on the account they setup balance was 4,559.34 I couldn't find anymore of my emails I did start paying 100.00 a month after I spoke to Liberty Financial and they said that was okay since I still had all that money in my account.Not sure what month that was in 2014 I stayed in contact with them I called them a few times a year around the end of 2014 I asked them if I could not make payments until they needed more money because my fiance passed and left me his home and I needed to start paying house payments. They knew I was on SSI because I became disable in 2002 The last time I remember calling them was in 2016 or 2017 The last person I talked to said I most likely can pay off all your debt and if they needed more money he would let me know. In June of 2017 my sister died my friend that was living with me and on hospice died in August 2017 my mother passed in February 2018 so I can't remember dates so much was going on a couple of months after my mom passed I called Liberty Financial and spoke to the manager or supervisor which I was very ugly to me he said my account was closed because I haven't paid on my account and they sent me a check and a letter saying my account was closed which I never received.So he was so talking to me like as a bill collector would do this is the reason I went to this company so I could resolve my credit card payments. Then I told him to take a good look at my account and that there was at least 5,000.00 since no other bills have been paid for. So he took a good look and said well your Macy's credit card was paid and only a couple were on my credit report and they would fall off he said he was going to send me a check and I thought he was going to look further into it and I had also asked him to send me my contract and what was paid off.Since my my mother passed I had to do a lot of stuff to have her house cleaned up so it could be sold and it was in September 2018 I was and still am overwhelmed by everything that has happened. So I was going though paper and I thought a bout Liberty Financial and saying they never sent me the paper word I asked for I looked at my credit report and Macy's wasn't paid for and many others haven't as well. I called again in October 2019 and asked what was the deal I never received my paper work. So I asked to speak to a Supervisor hoping it wasn't the same man as last year sure enough it was. I told him I never received my paper work and that many of my accounts weren't paid for.He said I didn't have any money left and that my debts were over 40,000.00 which was not true. I asked him again to send me my paper work and he said he wasn't going to send anything at all and my account was closed and the 654.00 was all I was getting that he sent in 2018.I called him again and told him I would be getting in touch with Revdex.com and he said go ahead. Question can Revdex.com be sent recordings of the conversations of the years I had talked with them. My complaint is that I trusted this company with my money I was getting monthly from my SSI and they took advantage of me. If my money doesn't get refunded that's okay yet if I knew they would do this I could have done it on my own. I just wondered how many people they have done this to. Keeping people's money and not paying there debts is not right by no means at all. I don't think this man that works for Liberty Financial shouldn't be working this job.This was supposed to have been a relief for me not a horrible experience. I am a Spinal cord Injury Patient and my brain can't take this kind of abuse that I received from this man. This is all the Information I have nothing else in my emails after 07/2014 I hope no one else has to go though this Thank you

I have been working with Liberty Financial for 3 years and I'm celebrating today as my obligations are finally completed. I even have a refund coming . How often does anybody get money back for a bunch of debts? HOORAY!! I would like to say working with Kelly M. has been a success story for me,since day one when I CONTACTED THEM. Now thats different. Kelly was amazing, explaining everything in a way (laymens terms) I could understand. I am 78 years old living on Social Security and payments were set up for me that I was able to handle. Any time I had questions they were answered immediately and problems were solved ,"on the spot" Everytime I contacted their office ,no matter who I talked to, They were polite,and helpful . Liberty Financial is a great resource to help anyone who is in financial debt.It can be a very difficult time for a person to be able to see at the end of the tunnel.At Liberty customer service helps guide you at the very beginning.About half way through my program I met Christina B.,on the phone.She reassured me at times when I needed to be and always had the answers to my questions.She became a wonderful friend to me,through this whole process and I'm going to miss her!Sweet Lady! I am now officially debt free.Thankyou to everyone at Liberty.
