Sorry but no one has call here with that purchase order number! Now that I have that number I will be glad to put you in for a repair order because you had it for over days before you came in we have to handle it in this manner please have that repair man's service call fee ready he will not have a credit card machine on him so he will be take cash or check for $dollars like it is posted at the counters where you made your purchase fell free to stop in and pick up your lamps when in the area, sincerly

This letter is in regards to complaint ID [redacted] against Liberty Freight. I received your response with the business' message from Liberty Freight. "I was appauled . Who, Why would we buy a extended warranty with new furniture? First of all I wrote them after my purchase in the nineth month. I stated ot them the fabric on the loveseat was wearing to much plus the back cushions were irregular at purchase after I opened it up. After we got them home. I also told them I/we were told the fabric treatment repeld stain, cigarate burns etc. "False". Every time my oldest son dropped a cigarette in the rocker it burned. There was no response. So I wrote once more a few months later and once again no response, (not wanting to take any responsibility.) I just purchased these two furniture pieces thirteen months ago and have one payment left. They were dishonest about the payments etc. also, I will now let everyone know and never recommend this company for any of your furniture needs. They did not (illegible word) care about their customer nor resolution. I contacted the BBB for assistance after two letters of no response before I go to court.Thank you for your time and cooperation. Enclosed is a copy of "purchase slip" including the "stain treatment varification.

Mrswhite never show up here to give me any info not sure what I can do but she never kept her appointment ! when she comes by I will be happy to help the best I can

I personally called the manufacturer about the lamps that he states they send and he has no control over, I was told by them today they do not send lamps they manufacture furniture and that's it! I also went to the corporate website and printed the warranty from Coaster Furniture which states nothing about a service call fee to check for a flaw from the factory, I have sent them an email also to report the problems we encountered at their retailerAt this point the fact we were screamed at and told he didn't say what he did and then to say he told us that the manufacture sends the lamps and that we misunderstood is totally not the case since they have nothing to do with itI will not step foot in that store ever again my husband refuses to let me go near there due to the treatment we received yesterday I will check with my husband to see when he wants to pick out the lampsI also want the sofa repaired or replacedAll he had to do from the beginning is admit he told us we would get lamps like the one he showed us they would be or tell us at the time to go back and pick out the ones we liked and most of this could have been advoided instead of putting the blame on everyone elseThis is really about being lied to then screamed at and told we were lying and telling us he's never had a problem like the one we have with the Sofa, when I told him I was contacting the Revdex.com he screamed go ahead and while you're at it tell them you worked at Glicks since I told him I know from working there how the service calls and warranties are suppose to work, I used to schedule service calls for exactly the thing I have an issue with

Consumer called Mon 3/and said she found a receipt which she is taking with pictures to the business tomorrow (Tues 3/21)She said John (owner) is going to call the co(mfr) and take it from thereShe said she would call and let us know what he tells her after he gets with the coand she hears from him

Mrs *** your time line is in correct you purchase your living room in decit is know april you left us a phone number to give to our repthat he may asset you and he has try to call you at ###-###-#### with no luck! that is the number that you left with me I guess you have change that number
he has call to make appointment with you bad number I try bad number so please do your self a favor and come back to our location and give us a good number so we can asset you with your issue like I told you when you where here we have had no issue with this product, please fell free to come buy monday- friday til or give us a call ###-###-#### and we will get you back on his schedule in closing I might suggest that you first call us before you lash out at me and liberty freight we our glad to help you and all our customer with any problem they may have in this case you have change your contact number and we had no way of communicating with youThanks again and please call with a number that he can call to set up your appointment ###-###-####

My Husband did call that day and give the purchase order number to whomever answered the phone since you were busy at the time, you are also on the video then showing the way you acted! Again the order number is***, at this time we do not want lamps as my husband said he will never step foot in that store again either we did loose our cool after we were screamed at and called liars in closing Coaster Furniture is on your business card as either your corporate office or your supplier see attached please see attachment, my call to coaster was to complain about our experience with youI'm well aware that the furniture did not come from them I called the maker of the bedroom set about the lamps. To the Revdex.com we just want our complaint on file in case anyone else has any issues or inquiries regarding this company, at this time we don't want anything from this company but the sofa fixed and or replaced I do have photos of that as well and will upload them if needed to include in the complaintWe also do not want to ever speak to or deal with *** *** in dealing with the service of our furniture for this matter or anything that may arise during the warranty period

After many times of this company trying to get hold of you! your chair was fixed they gave you a new oneyour warranty is thru the manufacture not sure what happen in your home a few weeks later your zipper came open to expose the filling in your foot rest !but I did file on your
behalfand when they come up with a solution on how they want to proceed I will be in contactfeel free to call any time for a updateyou have our numberthanks again will be following up with American who is the make of your recliner

Mrsw*** don't understand what you have purchase but if you have a extended warranty that you paid for you where giving a slip with their name and number I have look and there is no customer service form made out for you fell free to stop in bring your proof of purchase and I will be glad to

First let me say yes I am sorry that I lost my cool! but simply put I told you that the repair man that comes to your home and does the repair is a private contractor who works for the manufacture you do not pay for the repair. also try too explain to you that you pay nothing to me. his personal vehicle to come to your home that there is a $49 dollars service fee for that visit trying to explain that was going no where I also show you where it is posted numerous place around the store this is there policy. sorry when I explain how every one does it just that way. You where not having it! As far as your lamps go told you that they supply those lamps the delivery company brought back the too you did not like they took you back two more we had a conversation on the phone two weeks ago telling you that they our supply by there designer not me I understand every one has different taste fell free to stop by our send your husband and I will be glad to show him what we have once again I do apologize that I let myself get upset at you or anyone in the course of doing my job. sincerely

Pretty simple for me. I ask you to bring in or call with your purchase order number so I can complete your service form. I cant send your warranty thru till I have that number in the right hand corner of your invoice! I will try and help you I have video of how you both acted in this store towards me telling me what I had to do a how to do my job I have thousand of satisfy customers a year sorry that I failed you in that way you slam your fist on the counter and even ran up to me like you where going to strike me when your husband step in front of you I apologize for my display because I should never show my emotions in any way shape or form but what I say is on video. even another customer who ask you too settled down moving forward your set is not from coaster and I will be glad to help you with your warranty so no one is not helping just lets get it done you have a few lamps to chose from would be glad to show your husband your choice. they only came with the set when you brought a complete set which you did not but I did say you would get two so I be glad to help remember they took two to you and reject them they took two more you reject them again. maybe not your taste but they our great lamps. The B.B.B. knows of are great service we give all are customers so in closing call with your purchase order number so I can complete your customer service form and move your repair on to the service man to handle your problem sincerely.
