I own a membership and have used it several timesI can't say that I saved very much , but now that I own, I save more than the yearly membership feeIt will take a long time to recoup my purchase price but I'm determined! In hind site I wouldn't do it againFor those who already own the web site ONLY WORKS WITH GOOGLE CHROME No other will work!
Customer gave money to clerk and walked away as she was saying "$on pump 1?"We have pumps and customers are supposed to tell us a pump number which we confirm during transaction car at pump #pumped his $and drove away at which point ** *** came back in wanting his gasWe feel that
we cannot be responsible for someone else getting his gasWhoever pumped his gas owes *** *** $

I am rejecting this response because: Her attention was not on my purchase, it was however on another male coworker...that doesn't bother me as much as being told it's my fault because of a simple mistake...I paid for a service and did not receive any such service but an excuse placing the blame on me. Any other place in this county would have admitted fault, I'm confused on how this one place is exempt from better buisness practices...
Review: I recieved gas from this bussiness and not even 10 minutes after recieveing the gas. I was stopped at a light my car started shaking, my engine lights, brakes, battery indicator on my dashboard all lite up and my car stoped working.it wouldnt move even when I put my foot on the gas. I restarted my car to try to get it moving and the car just shook the the few blocks I was able to drive it until I was picked up.as I waited for a ride I had my car in park on the side of the road and it was accelerating on its own I watched the dials go up and down randomly and you would hear the noise of accerlation as it went. My father drove the car home for me the entire way it was constantly shaking also the warning lights on my dashboard remained lite. the next day I tried bringing it to a repair shop the had car died it had to be jumped. so I tried driving it to the repair shop and at each light I was stuck at the car died and had to be restarted and it still heavley shook the whole time driving it. the shop we took it too did a quick look over and told us to bring it to the dealership since the cars a lease and maybe whatever happened could be under warranty so it stood their overnight thenext day the car wouldnt start at all and they couldnt jump it so a tow truck had to take it to the nissan dealship. they inspected it and told me it was the gas I recieved that caused this problem. I have my reciept of the gas and time I recieved it and I recorded a video about 15 mins after when I had my car parked waiting for a ride of the accerlation on it own.Desired Settlement: I want my bill of fixing my car to be paid including tow truck fees.
Review: The owner is completely unhelpful and has no sense of customer service. I bought $30 of gas and for some reason his bank kept charging my card the $30 over and over and over. By the time I discovered the problem (getting my card turned down in a restaurant), LIBERTY had depleted my account by almost $5,000. I went to the owner and he said "that's your problem." My bank is trying to recover the money but it will take weeks. He could have contacted his bank and credited my account immediately. He took NO RESPONSIBILITY told me that it was MY PROBLEM and accused me of TRYING TO SCAM HIM. I was so frustrated I called the police who came to the gas station but told me that I needed to resolve it in a civil court. THE OWNER DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS.Desired Settlement: The owner should treat his customer with respect. He (or his bank) took over $5,000 out of my account leaving me with nothing (a negative $815 balance) for up to two weeks. All he had to do was to contact his bank and tell them to reverse his banking error and credit my account. I have no money for food, bills, gas, my kids, NOTHING unti this gets resolved. He could have resolved it in 30 minutes. Shame on him and his family.
