The response from Liberty is inaccurate The processing time fell outside their agreed upon time length Submitted a claim on April 14, and not processed until June Taking over days( not 30) to process one simple routine claim There will be no resolution until refund is received for enrollment described in initial complaint

After reviewing your membership, I see that you spoke with *** yesterday Her notes indicate she advised you that all we need is a letter from the doctor stating this was not related to an incident that occurred prior to your start date. As a HealthShare organization, we need to ensure
we are abiding our guidelines with pre-existing conditions being a part of thatThe information on pre-existing conditions is below. As soon as we receive information from the provider stating it is not a pre-existing condition, we can give the authorization for the MRI your daughter needs15) Pre-Existing ConditionsA chronic or recurrent medical condition that exists at or prior to Enrollment Date, or can be reasonably expected to require medical intervention in the future, need to be declared upon application for Liberty HealthShare membership, and updated with any new symptoms/signs or diagnoses that come apparent after the application submissionChronic or recurrent conditions that have evidenced signs/symptoms and/or received treatment and/or medication within the past months are not eligible for sharing during the first year of membershipIn addition, with regards to being refunded for the full year since your membership began, the only time we refund monthly shares is if the membership is cancelled within the first days per our guidelinesThe information from our guidelines on cancellation and refunds are belowGNotify When Withdrawing MembershipAs a help to other Sharing Members, any member who desires to withdraw their participation should send written notice of their discontinuation, including the reason for such discontinuation, by the 20th day of the month prior to the month in which contributions will ceaseIf such withdrawal occurs days after their membership Enrollment Date, there shall be no refund of their annual dues

I have given them my cell phone number on several occasionsI have given them my email address as wellI am not been receiving any messages from themAt last request via email (7/25/17), I have had my hospital send months of records from all my physicians I have heard nothing since then The request was made to the hospital on 7/and I had let the appeal person know on that day the records would be on the way as soon as they could send them out. So so in my position, the ball is still in their court no communication from their end Thanks*** ***

The response stated that our turn around time is within days, and that at times it falls out of that time frameI don't believe that's inaccurateI also stated that these bills had been processed within days, which you agree with, since you stated they were processed at daysThat being said, we will still be reimbursing you the amount of your enrollment feeI've already submitted the refund request

Unfortunately, when we send out a check, we cannot reprocess it until we get the check back in the mailI can understand how frustrating this might have been for you and we apologize for any inconvenience this has causedWe have re-processed this medical expense and we will overnight the check to

Your membership was cancelled for the end of December, however we are changing that for you to the end of November. You will be refunded the amount of $181 for December. Have a blessed day.

Professional services billed by a Physician or nurse who is an employee of a Hospital or Skilled Nursing Facility and paid by the Hospital or facility for the service. This is intended for Hospital Employees receiving pay for the services they are performing. You were not paid by the Hospital during the delivery of your baby, which would make your expenses eligible for sharing. The Director of Operations has reached out to you this morning to clarify this and to let you know that we will be reprocessing your bills. Please check your ShareBox for these changes. Good Afternoon, I can understand your frustration when you sign up for something and it turns out to be something it's not. We are Liberty HealthShare, a Christian Health Care Sharing Ministry and we cannot find you anywhere in our system with your contact information. We do not start our...

memberships in the middle of the month and we do not have a sales representative by that name. We sometimes get confused with Liberty Health Insurance, but that is not who we are. If you did in fact sign up for us, Liberty HealthShare, we will be more than happy to assist you with this matter, please reach out to our Member Services Supervisor.

new annual unshared amount effective today and this would make you responsible for an additional $1000. We moved over five of your medical expenses to your husband’s membership, which was applied towards the annual unshared amount. You will only be responsible for a total $1000 AUA which includes visits from January 1 2018 to January 1 2019.   Your maternity expenses are eligible for sharing and are processed towards your annual unshared amount.  One will be partially shared since your $1000 AUA has now been met.
