Liberty Home Bible Institute : I was hoping to find some help for my problem. When I discovered accidentally That LHBI was closing down March 20 , 2018 I rushed to finish all of my tests and get them mailed in . I got done with a little time left to spare and felt like I was going to get a good grade. I knew it would take a while for everything to be finalized and then I would get my diploma. In May I received all of my tests back unopened and marked they could not be delivered. I started at once trying to find a solution to the problem. Every place I called and emailed told me LHBI was closed and all would be lost and I would not receive a diploma. I saved my returned tests and did not open them as they all had a post mark date showing they were done before the deadline. I have contaced everyone I can and am getting no help. I paid my money , did my work , and now they say it's closed and their is nothing for me. They weren't closed when I paid the fees and they were not closed when I mailed my work I would be forever grateful for any help or advice . God Bless You & Thank You

After review of our student files we are not able to locate the complainants account with the information they have provided. There are several students with this name on file none of them are currently enrolled in courses, which based on the complaint and desired outcome would be a necessity for their to be a need for textbooks. If the complainant can respond with more detailed information regarding which course(s) they are encountering issues as well as their student ID we will be glad to further review their complaint and respond accordingly.
