(The following was copy/paste by Revdex.com staff - [redacted]To Whom It May Concern: This letter is in response to Complaint No. [redacted] in regards to [redacted]. Unfortunately, he has made many statements which are simply false. He states that, "During this process I asked Kody [redacted] a minimum of...

40 times "what do I need to put down total, what is my rate & what is my payment"?". Not counting the conversations which Kody had with him, Mr. [redacted] was told via email on August 18th what his interest rate was along with what the cost of his rate on that day would be due to his credit. He was given the official application on September 6th (which he signed) showing the interest rate, how much he needed to bring to the table and his monthly payment and I personally spoke to him on Monday, October 16th and quoted the exact same rate, the payment and how much he needed to bring to the table as was already shown in writing to him on at least two previous dates. It is even MORE important to stress that he was doing a renovation loan and he never provided us with final contractor quotes nor did we receive the final feasibility report from the HUD consultant in order to properly calculate final and accurate numbers. All numbers are estimated until all of that information is received. Mr. [redacted] is the one who gets the contractor quotes and provides them to us so that we can properly calculate all final numbers. He never did this. He was told in writing how much he was Pre-Qualified for on August 18th, August 21' and September 6th. He states that I told him that, "You don't deserve a loan", I cannot believe we gave you a loan...", "You should be thankful" — I never made those statements to him. We Pre-Qualified him. He is the one who did not complete the transaction. He speaks of the phone call when Kody told him that the cost of the interest rate was more than it was in August. Interest rates fluctuate daily and he was so aware of this, that he asked Kody on four different occasions to re-check his credit. Those credit checks were done on August 17th, August 18th, September 5th and October 11th. He specifically wanted the re-checks done to see r he could save money on the interest rate due to his credit scores. [redacted] works in financing at his job, so he fully understands the implications of credit scoring and the cost relative to the interest rate which the score has, so Kody telling him what the cost was in October was absolutely no surprise to him at all (he simply was not happy that Credit Karma was incorrect in the information he was getting and the money he needed to come up with). [redacted] has not stated any facts related to his case because he CANNOT. I have everything in writing and in the end, he cancelled the transaction by stating that he would not agree to the terms of the loan (terms which he saw in writing on September 6th). Again, it is important to state that the final numbers could not be fully arrived at since he still had not provided all of the requested information necessary to arrive at that number. He also does not include anywhere in his complaint in which he wanted to be quoted on different loan amounts with different renovation amounts (which absolutely effect the amount of money needed and the monthly payment), how many times he told Kody that his credit score changed and he wanted to know if that would help with his interest rate and fees or what the status was of arriving at any final numbers from the contractors whom HE was selecting. He will not receive any of what he is requesting since he was well aware of the cost and charges involved in applying for a loan and HE was the one who cancelled. I can be reached via phone at 1[redacted] or email at [redacted] to discuss this matter further. Sincerely, Khash [redacted]PresidentLiberty Horne Mortgage Corporation
