Atlanta, Georgia I received an email from them stating that they prefer not to continueAt this point I have put a lot of effort into their case and paid expenses on behalf of themTherefore at this point in time I cannot refund themIt was their choice to stop the processFurther on they also asked me to do a workers visa for them for an H2AI have started the process and only when the case were filed with the National Processing Center I've learned that they were not completely honest with meIn order to do winter and summer seasonal visas their need to be proven that the operations is seasonalWhat I didn't know was that there were several articles that is very well known to the National Processing Center that the ***s are a family operationTechnical they don't qualify for the H2A program due to the farm need that is year roundI also didn't know that there was a case against them filed by a previous employeeThe labor certification were denied due to some statements that I was not aware of and I did notified themThey did not gave me all the information to continue and instead they broke the contract that they signed with me, saying that they will give me true and correct informationThey also broke the contract by using a different agentFurthermore they claimed they never got the certification, but I checked on the iCert website and saw that they did receive the certificationIf they were completely honest with me, I could have handled their case differentlyI have given my attorney the details and if they are going to continue harass me she will continue against them

The green card processing was for people not No email from us was ever sent from us stating that "we prefer her not continue." Not until it was brought to our attention that wrong addresses were used on the application she submitted for our H2A worker that flagged suspicion in our visa request, did we start questioning the processing status of the green card applicationsAttached I am sending copies of emails, highlighting the dates between her and us also attached is a letter of verification from our lawyer who handled the case with the Deptof LaborThere was no "final document to Atlanta" even near readyThe only form she submitted for us on the green cards was the Prevailing Wage document that was valid from 12/12/14-6/30/During which time ads are required to run, another step is income verification required from us step is also medical from *** and **, none of which she ever requested from usTherefore again, never did her jobBy the time we caught onto this therfore was a month prior to expiration, not enough time to process the additional things that should have been done, therefore starting our entire process overShe pretty much ceased all communication by early/ mid May, as you can see with the emails
We do qualify for H2A workers, hence the approval by the DOLYes, we are family, we all live in the same rural are, but we are also separate entities, proven by our case with the DOLWe have no cases against us from any employee, not even sure what she's referring toAll information that was given to her was true and correctA different agent was needed in handling the finishing of the H2A visa process after DOL found this in our favor, this was due to the fact that Liberty Immigration refused to return emails and phone calls, this contradicts her email stating to let her know when the case was complete so she could finish processingHowever she never returned phone calls for either us or our lawyer to do soWe told her at the time we chose to use her for the filing of only one of our workers that we were using our regular agency for the other two and that if things went well we would use her in the future for the othersThere was no hidden agenda, everything was upfront, on our end that isI can only imagine the funds we would be out if we had went with her for all workers, we would be out even more money
She claims we said we never received certificationYet we've had no contact with herShe states she had to check the system to know that we didDoes that not contradict the fact that she claims we are not qualified for H2A workers, that had she done her job as an agent, she would know? The only contact was excuses as to why she hadn't been in contact with us promising to call, yet never didTo this day we try to reach her and she will not respondSince reading her response to the Revdex.com we called requesting a copy of that email she states we sent stating we didn't want her help anymore, she has yet to respondWe try calling her weekly with no responseAs a consumer we see this as fraud and will continue to try to reach her to resolve this whether it be through the Revdex.com or by legal action if it comes to thatNot only are we looking at fraud, she charged almost twice as much as a law firm would have chargedThat however is our own fault for putting our trust in herI have also attached copies of invoices from herCharged on one was $for birth certificates, those were provided to her by ** and *** (the ones applying for green cards)That is just another example of so many of how crooked she is

All paperwork was submitted to the USCIS in full. The fee that was paid were to complete the Immigration Paperwork and then to submit. And this was done in a timely manner.

that everything was submitted 100% before the owner left.

We were very much under the impression when we originally spoke with Cathy that she was to help us with the entire process, with all of our questions, gathering everything we needed, and everything else until the end. We were under that impression because that is what she told us. Not to mention, if all we were paying for was the filling out of the paperwork, why did you tell us that we needed affidavits, letters of proof of our relationship, but then when we had questions about it, we didn't get a response? Why didn't we just get a call back then saying that your part was over? Why did you have any of our very important information sent to your address and then not forward it to us? Why did you call to tell us you had information for us, and then never send it to us? Why haven't you answered our phone calls since August? All of this, is not what we paid for, a lot of money for. We have so many unanswered questions.
