I called Liberty to have my backflow device tested I was given a window from May thru May I was at home on May and had not heard if they came by so I called them in the morning Without asking who I was, they told me someone was "doing backflow testing and was on the way." I was outside most of the day and never saw anyone come up to my house At the end of the day (May 8) I called again and asked if someone was coming This time I was asked my name and address and was told if there was no fail report, everything should be OK When I asked "Was my backflow preventer tested" I was told "yes"About week later, I received a call from an inspector from the company asking where my backflow preventer was tested I told him that I was told the work was already done, but didn't believe them He tested the preventer and called me back to confirm a pass and that I should receive the confirmation paperwork the following weekThree weeks after testing I have not received a bill or confirmation of my test result or confirmation that it has been sent sent to the county I called and they said it was on their "pile" to be scanned I was told previously it should take 2-days for my test result to be scanned, but I'm sitting at weeksIf they fail to send it to the county in a timely fashion, I may be penalized I have no e-mail records or paperwork that I have contracted with this company and that they would be responsible for being late with the test All responsibility would fall on me if they didn't do their job in a timely fashion

This company is horrible!!! The company caters to large contracts first, if you are an individual you are out at the bottom of the list and it can take up to three weeks to get to you. They also don't tell you that they record conversations that you have with staff, then refuse to let you hear them if there is a dispute . They ALWAYS find something wrong that needs to be fixed and it will cost you! If you need a company DON'T use this one'! They also discriminate against military and women. They yell at wives and treat them like they are stupid.
