On November of a pair of glasses were found on top of a washer by an attendant around noonThe attendant placed the glasses behind the glass at the front counter so they could be retrieved by the owner since we had no knowledge of whom the glasses belongedAs of 6pm there was a shift change which left one attendant to run and clean the store for the next business dayThe glasses were still at the counter at the time of the change of shiftNo one came or called to claim the glasses untilthe following day.This Laundromat is a small business and we simply do not have the space for a proper "lost and found" nor do we have the man power to keep up with items lost within the storeWe try our best to keep track of what we find and continually remind customers to check for items they may have put down with the potential to have them left behind or stolen.We are willing to pay $towards replacing the lost/stolen glasses, however we cannot accept full responsibility for any item not intentionally left in our care

I do not except the offer. No customer retrieved my glasses, your attendant put the glasses in the office with that being said she/business is liable for my glasses, once your attendant had them in her passion hands on them she/business is reliable. If they where left on the washer and a customer took them then it would be my lost but your attendant put them in the business office. Actually my glasses cost me $and what I'm asking for is much less, I still have to put more money towards what I'm asking to purchase a new pair of glasses and $is not enough. This might be a small business but your attendant had the man power to pick my glasses up and place them in your office area

Review: I went to this business on Sunday November 30, 2014, and accidently left my prescription eye glass, I went back to the business on Monday December 1, 2014, and asked the attendant and the manager on duty did they find my glasses and the attendant told me she found them and put them in the office, when she went in the office to get them they where gone.Desired Settlement: My glasses cost me $125.00.
